Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

We like to order from Dynasty Express because they deliver to our house and the portions are huge. Food is really good and affordable and we haven't had a bad experience yet.

It's really good. They have a lot to choose from. I'll recommend it to a lot of people.

This is the best Chinese restaurant we have found since moving to Florence. Fried wontons and sweet & sour sauce are delicious. My kids love the fried rice. It is made more the traditional way. The restaurant itself is not very fancy, so we usually get take our or delivery.

I eaten here several though out my life. I remembered when I was younger this place was packed. I guess back then there were not to many Chinese restaurants in Florence. Well anyway I known the owner, he is a very nice gentlemen. I don't really go there that much. When I do go there, it tends to be dead. I never see any there, kind of ashamed how dead it is. To be honest with you. The Chinese take out is not a good as it use to be. The place still looks the same 20 years ago. No renovation or Remodeled same boring restaurant. I would give it a 2 star, but I like the owner and feel sorry for them. Ok, to my main entree, since this a food review. I would just order the chicken and broccoli. Do Not order sesame chicken, it to breaded and that's all you taste...arrgg, and the soups been there all day, very bland. Overall if your starving and it's closing time, maybe I would go here, but most likely I would go next door to Subway, sorry.

This is a great place for delicious Chinese food. We generally do take out or delivery but they do have a few tables for dine-in. Everything we have ever ordered there has been very good. Our kids love the dumplings (as do we!) and "chicken on a stick;" we love hot and sour soup and have found this to be the best around!

I was very disappointed after reading some of the reviews on here. We chose this over another place close to where we've just moved and I have a feeling we'd have been better off going with the other one. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and my husband ordered sweet and sour shrimp. He seemed pleased with his until I complained and he then admitted his was merely "ok". Mine was less than okay. My fried rice had very little taste and was dry. I've ordered Kung Pao at lots of locations across the US and have never had the chicken in it battered and fried. It had a funny taste to it so I didn't finish it. Loaded with celery (which to me is always an indicator to add volume to a dish instead of more quality ingredients).. Not impressed at all for the prtice.

It had been nearly 2 years when i stopped dining at Dynasty Express but the improvements will knock your socks off! I ordered the chicken curry and it was amazing! the Singapore noodles is an incredible dish that has a lot of kick! I literally woke up out of my sleep wanting more! The food is truly outstanding and worth a second chance!

Had the Hunan chicken, chicken fried rice, and two egg rolls; girlfriend got the Szechuan chicken. The good: vegetables and chicken tasted fresh. CFR was yummy. The bad: Egg rolls were tiny, small even for spring rolls, and they were dried out (we ordered on a Friday eve at approximately 715p). I ordered the Hunan chicken because it was labeled spicy, but it was quite bland, with minimal sauce. I would probably go back, but ask they make it hotter and with more sauce, and would either ask questions about the egg rolls, or just skip them altogether.
