We went to Chuck E Cheese's yesterday for our son's birthday party. I know, I know the question is "Am I outta my mind?" We told our son 1 time and he wanted to do it this year. Never having a party here before we had no idea of what was going to go on. We got there and was greeted at the door by our hostess (Jessica) she was amazing. Explained when the food would be out, when the kids had playtime, cake, Chuck E meet and birthday song, and Ticket blaster booth. Everything happened right on time and it couldn't of gone smoother!! Thanks for everything you made his 5th Birthday amazing!! We will definately be back for our daughter's 5th!!

Wow this was poorly managed. Many machines were out of order and anything that needed to be filled was empty (drink fountains, napkin dispensers, vending machines).

Hell on earth for parents! But the kids love it and I'm happy with the remodeling over the years! The staff is friendly now let's make some better pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one likes cardboard with sauce and cheese! The talking mouse screaming kids and uneasy fathers frantic moms are enough for me.

I still can't believe the ball pit is gone!! Still a fun place to bring kids, but you will probably end up spending more than you were wanting to. A couple machines ate some tokens and the prizes kids can get with their tickets are all crap, but it was a good time. The pizza isn't bad at all.
