This is a great Chick-Fil-A location. It's always clean, the staff is polite and friendly and service is relatively fast. The food always tastes good, too. If you go during a busy drive-thru time they will have employees out working the line of cars. This seriously expedites the drive-thru process and is pretty genius. They definitely are faster when they do this than, say, if you went to another fast food restaurant that had an equally long line - even if it was McDonald's with their double line (which I just think congests things anyway). My favorite thing to order is the grilled chicken sandwich combo, with fries. Oh and about the fries - they're the only fast food place around here that serves waffle fries. Bonus!

Chick-fil-a is the BEST fast food restaurant! They're always sending out coupons for free food on their text message service. They have free kids meals on Tuesday nights. They have a breakfast club where every 6th breakfast you get is free. They send out coupons in the mail. Basically you get a crap load of free food. It's not like they even have to do that! Their chicken is delicious! The waffle fries are superb! And the lemonade is mouth-watering. I seriously choose Chick-fil-a over almost every NICE restaurant in the greater Cincinnati area.

I love Florence's Chick-Fil-A, despite the drive-thru setup being a bit clunky and...loopy? Yes, it's a loop. You come in behind the building, and you can see the drive thru right away...but you can't enter from there. No, you have to drive all the way around the building, enter at the OTHER back corner, and then...you get to do ANOTHER loop of the building before you have your food. Quickest way to get confused, right there, and the only reason it's not a 5 star review. Shouldn't drive-thru windows be straightforward (literally)? However, if you manage to navigate around that, or if you sit down inside and eat (and actually, for this man using a wheelchair, this location is one of the easier ones I've been to!), you should expect fast service from a friendly staff. And the food? Chick-Fil-A says they are the home of the original chicken sandwich, and they are absolutely right! It is great. The nuggets are also very good. If you prefer spicy, then try the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets. I however cannot handle a lot of spice in my food, so I opt for the original. One other drawback: It's not open until 6:30 AM. My mom and I found this out when we stopped to get food on the way to volunteer for the Cincinnati Half-Marathon on a Saturday. I realize most people aren't on the road before then, but for those of us who are, we'd like to have that option. Minor thing, and we did get it on the way back and ate at home, so I won't dock any stars there. Overall, 4 stars. If this drive thru wasn't so loopy, making me dizzy, it'd be five.

I always feel so weird reviewing a fast food chain.. But I felt this place needed one from me. My husband and I have always just passed chick fil a without trying it.. We finally decided to stop into this location the other day, it being our first time we had to stare at the menu for some time.. Once we finally finished ordering the cashier (manager it turns out) asked if we had ever been there before, we said no.. He then told us that the whole meal was on the house! We were pleasantly surprised and happy about that... Now onto the food, the waffle fries are delicious and not to salty which most places over salt these days. The chicken is real and delicious! I had the chicken tenders and my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich, love that they have grilled healthier options always a plus.. This location (not sure if they all do) has a play area! SCORE for those of us with toddlers! My son isn't a fan of the food sadly (kids) but he loves the play area!! Which means we can eat in peace.. It's for ages 3+. We recently returned for our second visit and the cashier was very friendly with interacting with all the kids including mine, and was super friendly like the rest of the staff! It was busy but you couldn't even tell with how friendly the staff was and how quickly the food came out.

One morning I got some chicken biscuits to go and it took a while to get them. So without even having to complain the manager just handed me a coupon for a free one. 2. They have free wifi and while I"m sitting there after lunch the guy comes by and fills up my lemonade as if he's waiting my table. It's weird because I almost feel like I should be entitled to being treated like a pile of crap because this place is fast food. Weird. Well done on the cusomer service front. This location has been open for a year, and at lunchtime it is gangbusters. Be prepared for a short wait at that time, but the service is still relatively fast and very friendly. The drive-thru and parking lot setup here is somewhat cramped. The way they have the drive-thru, it makes you have to drive around the whole building before you can enter the line. This leads to a lot of almost cutting people off who are leaving the drive-thru, so watch out. My favorite part of Chick-Fil-A is their great exclusive email offers. I've gotten to try the spicy chicken sandwich and spicy chicken nuggets for free during the preview weeks, and they always include a free beverage too. They also have a lot of community involvement. One negative is that they're always closed on Sundays. I know it's a company-wide policy, but it still stinks. I work down the street every Sunday and would love to be able to get my waffle fry fix.

This particular location gets crazy busy for Saturday lunch, but they move it along quickly.

I was impressed by the size of this restaurant. They were very friendly and speedy - so be sure to know what you want by the time you get to the counter. We were there on a late Saturday afternoon, but were very surprised by how busy they were for an off-peak lunch time. I haven't tried any food other than their standard chicken sandwich, but it's good! Waffle fries are fresh and delicious, but not too salty. They keep the soda behind the counter which is a bummer, not sure if you can go up for refills or not. Our stop was a quick one, but it was exactly what we were hoping for. Note that it is very drive-thru centric, as pedestrians have to hop over the curb which separates the parking from the drive-thru lane - so just be sure to keep an open eye for motorists who are not paying attention.

The staff, while courteous, are not very knowledgable about the menu and struggle speaking to customers. I don't understand why everyone thinks this is a superior restaurant. It is your average chicken joint that charges an extra 1.50-2.00 per meal.

Wish there was a Chick-Fil-A still in the Florence Mall. But you know how greedy the Florence Mall rent is. The food court really sucks without Chick-Fil-A. I think that was a mistake for moving it Houston rd, oh well. The new restaurant is really nice. Interesting drive though, like going around a big circle. They do make the best fast food chicken sandwich fried or grilled. I love the red Polynesian sauce..mmmm yummy. There mayo is terrific. There waffle fries are to die for. Whatever oil they use, wow it's great. I do highly recommend this fast food place. Con: Closed on Sunday, drove over there several times on Sunday, not realizing it Sunday...arrggg especially for a chain store, that's losing Millions and Millions of dollars in revenue a year, interesting?

Chick Fil A is awesome. The chicken nuggets are delicious. They are breaded just right, and are actual pieces of white chicken breast. Looking forward to their expansion in Michigan

I love this place. The food is always hot and tasty and fast. If there is a problem the management is quick to address it and they do all they can to rectify the problem(s) Sign up for the text service as you get free stuff quite often. I have been to other locations across the nation and this is tops so far.

Best chick-a-filet I've had, clean, respectful and fast! But most likely the busiest in the tri-state area, be prepared to wait for your food and stand up to eat it, as all the seat will be taken.

LOVE this place. Workers are super nice, the food is always perfect, super clean and they are always giving out a deal whether it's kids-eat-free Tuesday or they are promoting a new menu item! Also... try their breakfast!

I've gotten at least 5 free meals from this location. Every time they come up with a new sandwich or breakfast item they have promos where they give it out for free. The food is great, and this location in particular is awesome. They are extremely fast, courteous, and well staffed.
