    We usually get the ribs and steak combo. We like our steak cooked medium and they do an excellent job if getting it Nice ride.big enough for us to split and have plenty.

    Bleh. This is my first visit to the chain and more than likely, I will not return. When we entered we were greeted and seated fairly quickly. Waitress introduced herself, took our drink order and quickly returned with drinks. Pretty good so far... My parents and I ordered an appetizer and our meals together. Never received our appetizer. Which is okay, things happen, but when a waiter/ waitress brings your meal, they usually place the meal on the table for you. Not here! They hand it directly to you and walk off. Strange. (This was not our waitress BTW) Now for the meal, how does one make a bad club sandwich? Ask this place. This sandwich could make the cold cut combo from Subway look like it came from a 5 star Michelin restaurant. Meat was beyond salty to the point it should not have been served. I basically gave up and ate the lettuce, tomato, and a little bit of the bread. Fries were average at best. Mom ordered fried shrimp with cole slaw and fries. Now call me crazy, and I am from the east coast, but doesn't cole slaw come with cabbage and dressing? Not here! Cole Slaw at Cheddars is just raw chopped cabbage. Yummmmm. Dad had chicken fried steak. From the look on his face while eating, I think he has had a better dinner experience from a frozen microwaveable meal. It is really sad that this restaurant is so poorly run. The environment made me think this was going to be a great experience. Certainly not the case. At least I can now say I have visited a Cheddars Restaurant.

    Cheddar's exemplifies the reason I try to avoid these types of casual chain eateries. I could literally write a manifesto on why these types of places are killing the "service" industry and teaching "service" personnel on how NOT TO provide said "service, but I won't. Instead, I'll post a list of things, and if this is what you actually like, then by all means, go to Cheddar's. If not, stay away. There are better places in Danville to spend that hard earned $$. 1. If you like having your check dropped as soon as you place your order but have yet to receive anything, go to Cheddars. 2. If you like to get your entrée shoved under your elbow before you have a chance to eat even 1/3 of the salad you had to pay extra for, then, go to Cheddars. 3. If you like your steak to be more gristle and fat than meat, go to Cheddars. 4. If you like to have your server or bartender completely ignore you after you make a complaint about timing of food and steak preparation, go to Cheddars. 5. If you like to hear wait staff and bartenders complain to other patrons about previous guests complaints, go to Cheddars. First time ever eating at Cheddar's and I can assure you that even if they offered me free food for life, I would not go back period

    Big disappointment we had a large party of 9 we were seated immediately at 2 booths across from each other. We waited a long time to place our order and after we did we received our entrees before our salads. Two of our party had hamburgers and complained they did not look like or taste like beef not sure what they were serving for beef? And what happened to the chicken pot pie it has shrunk to a kid size portion.

    The food was good for cheddars everything tasted really great but it took us a long time to get our meal I did notice that a group of people to my left who arrived at the restaurant after we placed our order got served first that's my only complaint. The restaurant itself was really clean well lit our server was absolutely fabulous love him!!! And they also had gluten free options for our friend who was accompanying us on our excursion
