Have been here last year and food is good. Well seasoned. Margarita was great! Was told they had a new cook and they were running a little behind but worth the few min wait. Loved the salsa and chips and had fajitas jalisco for 2 and was very good. The kids had kids meals. The waiter was very nice and apologetic for the wait. The only thing we could say bad if it could be considered that, is they could bring in coloring pages and crayons for the kiddos. But was very good overall.

Food was excellent! I love Chimichangas, and this did not disappoint. Typical salsa & chips. Service was good as well. Will definitely be back!

As far as service goes, it's... fairly interesting. We tend to have our drink orders taken quickly and brought to us just as quickly, yet the meal orders take longer. The chicken dishes are generally quite average while my dining party says the beef dishes lack flavor; whether that's true or not I can't be sure without eating them, but I'd wager it's true just based on what I've eaten. Compared to the other Hispanic restaurants in town the main dishes are lackluster, but if I've learned anything from my years living here, it's that it's all up to personal preference.

The food is good. This used to be another restaurant (The Moon Hut) years ago and you can still see some leftovers from then. Their table nachos and salsa are just ok and nothing special though.

The decor is fairly nice. Fiesta Mexico has pretty festively colorful chairs but that is where it ends. From the moment we stepped into the place we felt as if we were interrupting the employees from chit-chatting with each other. The host called us from several feet away and waved us to our table then plopped the silverware and menu's in front of us with out looking at us, smiling, or any other comment. The waiter came over and without so much as a greeting or a smile he asked if we wanted anything to drink. He came back very shortly thereafter asking if we were ready to order. He never looked at us. Someone dropped chips and dip on the table and when I smiled and said, "hello", he apparently didn't hear me because he never responded. The dip was not very good..I would say it was tasteless but that it wrong because it tasted more like tomato paste. There was no spice in it and I didn't even have to drink any water while eating it which should tell you something about it. When the waiter returned I ordered beef fajitas, almost immediately a plate of cold fixings was dropped on my table, again, he didn't speak, smile, or even look at me. Very shortly later a plate of cold fixings was dropped on the table again with no comment. With in a few minutes my husbands dinner arrived but I still had not gotten the expected sizzling fajita pan. My husband began to eat and shared with me a taste of the chili relleno which was mushy and tasted like they used american cheese in it. Finally my fajita pan came, not sizzling and over cooked. Even the tortillas wrapped in tin foil were cold. When I asked for the manager I was asked if I had a problem with the bathroom! The manager looked very young but then we are old and everyone looks young. He looked at me as if no one had ever complained before. I told him that I didn't want anything thing else just take it off my bill. He didn't say anything to me but took my plate into the kitchen. A few minutes later (longer than it took to get my fixings plate) he came back and apologized and said that he would take it off the bill. The waiter brought the bill and you could hardly read it because the ink in the printer desperately needed to be changed. Campbellsville doesn't have a lot of places to eat but I won't return to this one.
