Went there last night around 8pm. Not busy at all, no wait of course. NO tables were being biased. Tables full of trash all around us, silverware and bread ages were super dirty also. I was given a hot freshly washed glass for my ice cold Rootbeer... Makes sense right ? Food was fine , came out pretty quickly . Our waitress wasn't very attentive either. Had to ask for napkins twice , even though I have 2 young children. That should have been a given. Had to ask for every refill. getting the check she never came back again. Was trying to get a soda for the road for the 3 hours of driving we had left. After an extra 5 mins we packed up.

Went on 3/15/15 for a late lunch and will not return. The customer service was terrible from the hostess to the server. The hostess didn't smile or ask about about our day- no attempt to create a friendly/welcoming environment. Whitney rolled her eyes at me when I asked for more diet Coke and again when I asked for a new order of pancakes as I had asked a few questions before deciding on them and she mislead me. I placed the order based on what she told me so you would have thought she would have noticed right away they they weren't what she said and that she would have been quick to get it corrected and apologetic- nope. I ordered 2 poached eggs and she put them though as 'well' huh? She didn't ask how I wanted them- if I wanted hard boiled eggs, I would have ordered hard boiled eggs... I asked for more napkins and you could probably guess that I never received them. I've worked in customer service for 20 years including a few restaurants. I have never and would never treat a customer the way she treated me. Based on this poor experience, I will not return and will tell everyone about this experience. The silverware was dirty, the gift store was well stocked, the fact that the address is Hospitality Lane makes me lol.

I was just served raw chicken at this location. Hoping it was an isolated incident and management takes care of quality issue. Meal was comped and manager took my name and number in case he needs to reach me. Considering a letter to corporate outlining my experience tonight to ensure QA is addressed. I am a frequent traveler and stop at Cracker Barrels often as its a known product when on the road. I am on a cross country road trip and now have this in the back of my mind for the next 72 hours hoping salmonella poisoning doesn't develop.

How many times does a person need to ask for a napkin? What ever it is apparently I didn't ask enough. I never did get it. This particular cracker barrel gave hardy portions. The food was better than most CB's. I would definitely come back again, I'd make sure I got a different waitress. Food - 4 stars; service - 2....average 3

Our waitress was nice and friendly. We came in late so the place was pretty empty. She suggested the campfire meals they are promoting and was knowledgeable and answered all our questions about them. A little slow getting our food from the kitchen but overall it was tasty and a good experience. :)

Usually I can always rely on a consistent food experience at Cracker Barrel. Today, however, my steak was overcooked and tough. My entire breakfast was luke-warm. Ugh, just frustrated! I should have mentioned something to management but was just too disappointed.

We stopped here last Saturday for lunch on a road trip from North Carolina. My sister and her family was traveling in a separate vehicle and were about 5 to 10 miles behind us when we arrived around 1:30. We asked the hostess for a table for 7 so our family could be seated. She asked, "Is the ENTIRE party here?" When I said no, she replied rather curtly, "We will NOT seat you until your ENTIRE party are all here." Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the rational behind this policy and I fully support it. However she seemed to go out of her way to lay down the law and was needlessly impolite about it. Also, the restaurant was only about 60% occupied at the time so there was no chance we would tie-up a table at the expense of another guest. Would you treat a guest in your home that way, lady? If so I don't want to hang at your house. Moving on, our waitress was efficient and attentive, she gets 5 stars. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals and we were back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I'm not necessarily a Cracker Barrel fan, but with decent food at a good value, I could be persuaded to come more often. I just hope they move the hostess Nazi into a nice position in the kitchen where she can be as over zealous as she wants.

My dog liked the butter biscuits the best. He says, "The brown rice pilaf was slightly brown, but i don't care because dogs are colorblind. Mixed with the grilled chicken, the rice was so tasty! I heard that the beef stew was delicious, but my owner didn't let me eat all of her food too. I tried the cornbread muffins, not my favorite, but that's where my owner and I differ. Woof!" The stew I

Cracker Barrel has long been a family favorite, but we were very disappointed in this location. Dirty silverware, cold food (both my husband's and mine) and bad service.

Everything about this place was great! Great service, great food, and great discounts for military. If back in the area, I would definitely come back!

I ordered the roast beef dinner to go. My food was well plated and the server Brittany Merse was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated how clean and festive the store appeared. Great place to stop for a quickly prepared, hearty meal while on the go!
