Worst ever! Spouse and I ordered the same drink and received totally different drinks. Sad thing is that neither of them tasted like they should have. The drinks felt rushed to begin with, now I see they were as they could not have possibly been made correctly to begin with. And the barista wasn't wearing any starbucks clothes so who knows of she was qualified to make them. Fail all over this location...my home state let me down big time.

For an airport shop, this Starbucks is very efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend stopping by on your next flight.

I don't like the new Starbucks location- just to the left of where it was before. The flow of where to go in/wait/exit is disrupted as people coming up the escalator will go in the first door they see which is meant to be more of an exit because it's near the waiting/creamer/etc. side of the bar. The drinks I've received there have been up to par with other Starbucks locations. I never order anything too special though.

Pro tip: If you're ever in death row ask for a coffee from this Starbucks as your last meal. It will extend your lifetime substantially.

Starbucks is Starbucks, right? Wrong. This Starbucks failed on several fronts. First, the person who took my order messed up continuously. The customer before me had to repeat his order three times. When it was my turn, I asked for a venti light frap with soy milk. Simple right? Wrong. First, they had no venti cups left by noon. Second, the clerk grabbed a grande cup and looked completely lost. Third, the clerk didn't even finish the previous customer's order so that the employee making drinks grumbled about not having cups and wrong abbreviations. Lastly, this Starbucks location does not allow customers to use their rewards for free drinks. As for the drink itself, it's not any particularly better or worse than other places. But the service here is downright tragic.

Ten minutes to wait only to get a coffee served from a unfriendly stressed lady. Sorry it is the worst Starbucks I ever bin. For sure not again here.

I just waited in this line for over 30 minutes for a blonde roast coffee. The women in front of me ordered 4 frappachinos so after I paid I was sitting there waiting again just for a cup of coffee they have to pour in a cup and it takes 2 seconds. I eventually had to just tell them I needed to go because I was going to miss my flight and never got my coffee that I paid for. The workers here are slow and need to multitask to give customers their orders quickly. I am currently reading pour your heart into it the book Howard Shultz wrote about Starbucks and this store is the exact opposite of what this company is suppose to stand for.

I visited the Starbucks Coffee in the Cincinnati Airport in Terminal B when I was departing from CVG to head back home to DC. I had to wait in line for some time and then waited again for my drink order to be prepared. This is my one biggest complaint about any Starbucks is the fact that for whatever reason it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to get through a line and grab a coffee drink. In total it took legitimately 15 minutes to do so here. Otherwise, the Starbucks partner was nice and very accommodating. The drink I got was a Venti skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte and it fully met my expectations. The actual set up was convenient as it was literally right beside the escalators coming up from the terminal train.

Quick and on the way to my terminal. They did run out of the flavor of tea I had originally wanted... They take the starbucks card and I was able to get my points on here to get my gold card! Now to figure what that actually means.... probably means I'll be charged an annual fee to look good.

This review is for the one located in terminal A. Line was long but you should expect that in an airport. Monday morning 7 AM they only had one person working. I was a bit surprised if this but the young lady did manage to keep up. I gave it four stars only because I felt so sorry for this young girl who's there by herself on Monday morning trying to keep up with a line of at least 30 people.

If place would have been my first Starbucks experience it would have been my last. First, they would not take my Starbucks card, rude staff, long, REALLY long wait. Finally got my order, which frankly I've had better at Peet's further down the terminal. I'm not stopping here again.
