I have been to many chipotle's. I love them all. The food is always so good. Sometimes better than others but always so good. One thing that some do lack is the one thing that keeps me coming back to this particular chipotle. The staff is awesome. Most chipotle have broken eglish speaking workers who Never even crack a smile at you. Not here. The staff is always pleasant and they are always smiling. Always asking you how your doing. How's the food. They are great. I would drive right ast three chipotles to drive to this one. Mall road is ok..dream street kind of sucks...this one..a+

The line in this place at 8;00 was 20 deep... One person behind the counter. Again, typical slowness... Sad.. There should be a lot more people working. If u drive up and see more than 6 people in line order pizza, it will be faster.

Since they offered buy one, get one for library employees (and we appreciate being recognized) I went back and the service was better this go, but after checking with my coworkers we determined they skimp on the servings.

After watching the servers prepare a very generous serving for our to-go order, we checked out with the cashier. As he handed us our bag, he said, "hope your evening is full of wonder." I think that pretty much says it all.

I like Chipotle. I don't like eating in at this location. The placement of the speakers are such that the music is always TOO LOUD for talking to the person you're eating with. We'll get food to go from here, but never eating in again.

McMexican comes to Burlington. I have been to this location a couple time now, just tonight for a carry out dinner. Chipotle offers a full meal in a bowl, or wrapped in a flour tortilla for a very fair price. I have been to a number of locations and they have been uniformly clean, staffed by friendly people and the food is always good, if not sit-down Mexican restaurant quality, but that is reflected in the fair pricing, too. This particular location is probably the smallest space i have seen for a Chipotle, but being where it is, it most likely does not have the traffic of locations in more populous areas, there does seem to be ample parking available. One thing I did notice is that their signage has changed, and not for the better. Used to be that the menu board above the counter explained the options. This was highlighted for me as I stood behind 3 people who were apparently making their first visit to a Chipotle. From numerous visits, I know that the Barbacoa is shredded beef and Carnitas is shredded pork, but these people obviously did not, and there was no signage to help them out. The staff was there to help them, but not without these poor people hesitating and whisper to each other, until someone stepped forward and asked, "What is this stuff?" Chipotle's McMexican is A-OK by me for a quick lunch, or inexpensive dinner on the go.

I was happy to see a Chipolte here in Burlington however there's a trade-off you have to make if you are choosing between the Burlington location or the one in Florence. The location in Florence is always super busy and has long lines however when you're served they give you a good portion size. In the Burlington location, they do seem to scimp on the portions however it's not as busy so you can definitely come in here and typically not have a long wait in line. That being said, since I live in Burlington and this location is closest to me, I always choose this location.
