Horrible! Glass shards in our food! I wish I could give this place zero stars. First off, our pizzas came cold and rubber-like. We had delivery, so we gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Well.. Prepare yourself for this.. 3 of us total, each grabbed a slice of our pizzas. We hungrily, without care of taste, gobbled down our slices until one person exclaimed "holy crap there's glass!" Well, he was correct. Giant glass shards were tucked away into cheesy pizza... The horror. I called the location to speak with the manager and I had experienced the worst customer service I've ever subjected to. The manager, Jason (who refused to give his last name), told me that they have no glass in the facility. (Just to say, the redneck Jason didn't put it so eloquently..) He told me that nothing was contained in glass, although I pointed out the fact that they use glass light bulbs to illuminate their facility..he still denied the fact that glass was used in the building. He offered a cash refund and was a total, completely incompetent jerk. The nerve?! I promptly called the safety hotline to file a complaint, and then, 10 minutes later the same questionable manager, Jason, offered us a refund and a replacement. HA! Like we going to eat more glass shard, spit infested pizza. Thanks for the glass/gastrointestinal medical complications Jason. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.
