Horrible food. Chicken tasted rubbery and cheese was a Kraft singe. Don't waste your time or money!

Husband ad I were in the process of buying a new Volvo when I had mentioned that I was getting hungry. The saleman at Volvo handed us a couple of $10 gift cards from Jerseys and told us to go grab something while they finished up our paperwork. Cool we thought. Never have been to Jerseys, we were game to try something new! It was approx. 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon - I understand this is an off time for any restaurant. However when we pulled up, there were who I presume to be employees(3 ) sitting on the patio one smoking, the others deeply engrossed in their phones. They stared at us as we got out and went inside. Inside there was NO ONE around. We stood awkwardly for about 5 minutes, then I said "Hello" rather loudly a few times....waited....nothing.....no one... nada. Disgusted, we turned around and got back into our car, same employees watched us leave. Threw away the gift cards - will never be back. Sorry Jersey's I will give my business to those who want it.

Appetizer and beer decent, other than that...awful. Servers nice but SLOW. Ribeye all fat, wilted lettuce salad, canned vegetables and flat sodas.

Ate here tonight with a group from work as part of a catered party. The service was excellent and the tables are spacious with a ton of TV's for your sports viewing pleasure. They made us a HUGE cheeseburger, topped with ham, lettuce, fried onions, and tomato on a huge grilled bun with a special aioli. It was incredible. The burger was at least a foot in diameter served with an equally large tray of "Crazy Fries" - fries topped with cheese, barbecue sauce and other wonderful things. Would love to go back and try something off the regular menu. They knocked it out of the park on my first visit.

We came to watch a game and grab dinner, and were surprised to find sand volleyball courts full of people! Whoa...it's October! I wonder what the sand bar is all about? We enjoyed excellent service from the bartender. He was both attentive and fast on his feet. I ordered off the new "Chef Inspired" menu, and tried the chips and queso. Fresh but non-salty chips and warmish queso. Instead of 1/2 pound cheeseburgers, I got two flat patties on a kaiser bun. They were fine, but the menu said nothing about doubles. Odd. Tasty housemade fries salted correctly. The restaurant looks clean, and I like the feel of the bar. They have a decent amount of beers on tap, too. Would definitely recommend sitting in the cozy bar. The rest of the place is dead and looks like a scary hunting lodge. Is that an arcade I see? Whaaaaat....:)!

I'm always looking for a good sports bar. Wichita has a few, but many of them are tired and need a facelift. We've been going to Jersey's through all of the troubles from the beginning. Last year or so has shown a marked improvement. Whether an after work cold one or a good bar food dinner - they've been delivering pretty solidly my last few visits. The upside to all - they really only have to compete with BWW and Twin Peaks! Hooters needs help, badly I might add, and AJ's is solid for pizza and a beer - but is held together by the bowling crowd. They could use a bit of remodeling too. As for the food, it's been served timely - same as the drinks, reasonably priced all around. Friendly wait staff too. My friends and family have enjoyed our Jersey's experiences. Try it out Yelpers!

Jersey's is a fairly typical sports bar/grill establishment. They have decent food for decent prices. The atmosphere is good and the service is reasonable. So why 4 stars then? They have really good weekly specials and I am addicted to their chips and dip. I know it sounds trivial but their homemade chips combined with the dip is actually really good. Specials (as of April 2015) are: Monday - Buy one get one burgers & $10 buckets of domestic beer Tuesday - Kids eat free & $7 domestic pitchers Wednesday - $1.50 build your own tacos (beef, chicken, or catfish) & $3.50 Margaritas Friday - Prime rib special & $2 off big beers Daily happy hour is from 4-7pm with 1/2 price drinks and $5 appetizers.

Had the Club Sandwich. It was tasty. Good size. The fries were good, not too overlooked like I sometimes get. Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Will certainly be back.

You think you're getting just a run-of-the-mill sports bar but now after a second time picking how special these off their good size in comprehensive menu I have found that their food is much more qualified then a run of the mill sports bar. If you're in Wichita on the northside take time to check this place out food is excellent

Food was good and loved the atmosphere. I got the feeling the waitress just wanted me to leave since I wasn't spending a lot of money. I felt this way because 2 bites into my dinner she asked if I wanted a box and dropped off my check.

It was decent. Food it's pretty good. Beer selection is ok. Not a bad place. They have sand volleyball courts out back. They seemed pretty popular with the locals. It's not great but it's not terrible either.

I ordered the Touchdown Chicken, with no cheese, BBQ on the side and a baked potato with butter on the side. Party of 4 with 2 kids. Our food came out in 16 minutes exactly as I ordered it on a chiefs game day! The chicken was just ok but I didn't expect much since it's a bar, not a gourmet restaurant.

This place has several signs of a restaurant on the decline, with little hope of resurrection from what I witnessed on my visit there. That is unless something drastic happens at this place with the management. My friend and I showed up at Jersey's on a Friday night and looked over the menu. A good standard assortment of foodstuffs and I was actually impressed with the beer selection. They had a couple I hadn't tried yet. The server was friendly enough, but I became concerned when I asked her what she would suggest. Although she had a couple of suggestions from each side of the menu, she didnt' seem enthusiastic about any of the food. Basically she pointed out a selection of the "house specialties". When asked about the prime rib, she stated that she thought they were out, but she would check. I told her if they were, no big deal, I would try a pasta dish instead. My buddy ordered a steak, medium. So my buddy and I waited for our food to arrive. Mine listed as being roasted until it's ordered, then it was placed hot on the plate ready to go, It took about 20 minutes for us to get our dinners, and by the time they arrived mine was luke warm at best. My buddy cut into his steak, and where there should be a hot pink center, it was grey. He sent his back, getting a replacement that they "Took from another order". When it arrived it was still overdone, but judging from our waitresses reaction, the grill had been doing this quite a bit. We could tell from where we were sitting that food wasn't the first thing they were concerned about. So we finished what was on our plates and the waitress came with a ticket for each of us. Despite having legitimate concerns, we never once saw a manager, and the tickets came out at full price. I don't mind paying for my food, but if something is wrong with it, it should be addressed. So I stated earlier that this place needed something to prevent it from crashing. From reading some previous reviews and my personal experience here, I believe that what this place needs is strong management. Someone who inspires their employees to work for them. Someone who is willing to train the employees on health code and the importance of customer service. Also it seemed my impression that the staff hadn't tried a majority of the foods there. To me, at the very least the staff should have a few favorites on the menu, so when asked "what's good here". They have a real response. Would I come here again? No. Would I reccomend a friend to try it? Absolutely not.

The service here made my visit absolutely regrettable. The food was alright, despite the fact that four of our eight items were made incorrectly. The server was very inattentive and we waited over 15 minutes for a refill. I think the biggest disappointment of the evening was the management - or lack thereof. At most restaurants in town if something is sent out wrong from the kitchen, management will stop by to apologize. There was none of that at Jerseys. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Tonight I watched the bartender Amanda serve nachos from a table that had left. This item was not touched by group. She asked the gentleman at the bar if he would like for free as this is what he ordered. She even laughed and said she will help eat them. DISGUSTING!

Good on Jerseys for proving that a proper sports bar can thrive in the extreme northeast part of town. Service is nice and prompt, everyone's happy, and I'm sure there's already a devout series of regulars, including one dude who drinks martinis and sits at the bar with his iPad. There's a big sports bar menu with the regular host of sports bar foodstuffs, and it so happens that tonight I was in the mood for pizza, so I ordered up the Voodoo, a pizza topped with "smoked sausage", "caramelized onions", and "our Cajun spiced red and green bell peppers". The regular pizza components I thought were banal - too much low-moisture mozzarella, underseasoned sauce, and a crust that, while thin and with a bit of crispness, lacked any color at all. But I was surprised by the toppings, which were clearly prepared separately and added to the pie once they were most of the way there. So while there wasn't a lot of Cajun spice on the peppers, the andouille was browned well, the onions were softened and browned too (caramelized might be a stretch), as were the red and green bell peppers. Unfortunately, you can't hinge a successful pizza on the quality of the toppings, so I think I'm done. At the same time, those toppings got some care that may well translate to some other items on the menu, so further investigation might be in order. One thing that is certainly not debatable is the manner in which the bartenders have been trained to pour the beer. Whether you call it the "stadium pour" or a "northern pour" if you're in England, the practice of pouring beer by sticking the entirety of the tap into the glass so as to prevent any head from forming is absolutely and unequivocally the incorrect way to pour beer. The first reason is slight, but it's one of sanitation: over time, yeast and eventually bacteria can collect on the tap, and submersing it into the beer would mean that said bacteria would then be going into your face. The second, better reason is that a proportional amount of head is as much a part of the experience of beer as the yeast, water, barley, and hops that go into the brew itself. It caries the majority of the aromatic profiles and I wouldn't want a beer served without it. It doesn't matter if you're drinking the crap stuff (of which seemed to possess a majority of the available taps) - it's poor practice, and I watched as both bartenders continued to pour the beer in this fashion. Something is wrong here. There's clearly something at work when it comes to the food, and I wouldn't mind going back to try something else on the menu. I'm moving on from the pizza, though. And I'm absolutely ordering a bottle until their pouring style is fixed.

Large menu variety for a grill and bar. I enjoy a burger and their homemade chips when I make it in. Large projector screens round this place out to make it one of my favorites. There are not many places on this side of Wichita that add up to what Jerseys has to offer.

Clueless highschool girl staff. Was a slow Saturday evening and the waitress immediately started screwing up our drinks and food order. Live music was advertised to start at 7... Then we asked and were told 9:30... Screw this place! Don't bother!

I have eaten here at least 15 times with groups of 2 to 10. Every time our food has been outstanding! The prime rib is wonderful. Home made fries and chips cannot be beat!

Bleh! The menu touts its soon-to-be-famous hamburgers? Doubt that is going to happen. Greasy food. Stingy selection of ho-hum draft beers. Poor, fragmented service: first one waitress then another - neither knew what they were doing. Interior decorating consisted of lining the walls with video games and TVs. Just another crummy sports bar. Can't endorse this one on any level.

Strike one made reservation but they didn't keep the table reserved. Strike two one member left after one hour of no food order taken. Strike three 3 hours only had 2 drinks no drink when meal finally came through the entire meal never saw the waitress. Two bad there aren't more strikes because it only got worse from here.....The manager did nothing to remedy the situation (inexperienced "clueless" manager). I feel bad for the staff there.
