7:20 on a Friday the place is 1/3 full and we can't get waited on. Then the drinks are served in plastic disposable cups. Seriously? Is this a restaurant or a frat party? When I asked why everything is being served in plastic I was told "it's busy and we have a drainage problem. " I'm glad I didn't order food.

Had the cheesy chicken it was pretty good and the fries where cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is good can't turn your head without seeing at least 3 TVs, so if your looking for a good place to watch sports then this is your place. Drink special are usually great here, I've never had a problem. The service isn't fast, but it's not bad. All in all it was another good experience here.

Fuk me the longer I sit here the more I'm ignored! You all but have to stand on the bar and wave to get service. If this is Wednesday night I would hate to be here on a weekend. Good potential but it seems you need to be a 'Regular' to get quality service.....if you. are an (out of towner) find another place to go or be willing to be ignored with a bored attitude. I really wanted to like this place.......until I was treated like absolutely nothing.

The drink specials are always great and the atmosphere with the dueling pianos is really fun. More geared towards the college aged crowd. The food is average, but overall a good place to grab some beers.

I love their food. The Chicken Tenders and Tots are to die for.. but tonight we found out they discontinued their Chicken Fried Steak and gravy. The gravy was to die for and made the tenders .. not ranch or bbq or honey mustard. OH and their Chili.. very good.. Need to bring back the Gravy even if NOT bringing the Chicken Fried Steak back.. ds

Horrible experience. We had a private party scheduled. We showed up at the time of the party and the room wasnt set up. The food was supposed to be ready when we arrived. We didnt get to go through the buffet until 1 hour and 45 minutes after when it was supposed to to start. Then we had to wait after half of the people went through the line for them to bring more food. Then, we didnt have enough servers to make sure everyone always had drinks. They may have good drink specials but the lack of management on this issue means I will never be back.

Terrible experience. Ordered chips and salsa and ended up getting them with our meals. Which was not our waitresses fault. She was amazing. Everything we ordered was burnt to a crisp. I was supposed to get corn on the cob with my meal and didnt. When we reminded them that I was supposed to, it was dark and very unapettizing. We then asked for the manager and after 15 minutes decided to leave. As we were leaving we addressed the manager, Amanda, and she said "well Im busy" I doubt we will ever be going back.

always a good time! Good beer specials, amazing screen sizes and on point staff. Lots of cool events too... KGSO broadcasts from here for a ton of events...a definite perk! Good eats and clean bathrooms. Their digital advertising mirror never fails to trip me out. That is all.

If you're looking for something simple, just beer and bar food then head somewhere else like Dudleys or Old Chicago. Better food and far better service. The mixed drinks are poorly made as well. Had a vodka martini there once that tasted like water (this is a drink with nothing but straight booze in it). Recently went there on a Sunday afternoon and our entire section (more accurately, half the restaurant) was empty except for us and the service was ridiculously slow and very poor. Staff had very poor knowledge of the drink menu and the prices of their beers. It's a watered down, chain bar and grill, really nothing special and you'd be better off passing it over and going down the road to something better.

I used to live in Wichita after graduating college for a couple years. As a 20-something young person and very social with friends and meeting new people, my friends and I used to go there about once a week, typically Friday nights. The waitresses were typically friendly and quick to refill your drinks and take care of you. Even on a busy and crowded night when basketball and football is on and it's packed, they STILL are pretty quick to get your food out you (and a group) order, and keep your drinks topped off. One of their best kept secrets....they have amazing pizza!! The cheesy fries are pretty good, too. And the drink selection is pretty decent. A fun sports bar atmosphere that's a hit with a group of people, out with friends and/or looking to meet new people. I highly recommend the Old Town location, as opposed to the one on the west side, just because more young people hang out there (esp. for single and ready to mingle crowd). ALWAYS a fun time at E.B. - especially on game nights.

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get great service, sometimes you get a waitress or bartender with the attitude of not wanting to be there. Food is average. Nothing great about it, but I never had anything bad either. I see someone else had a positive review about their pizza, and I never have tried their pizza. So I will definitely try that next time. The bar area is where the action is. Tons of TVs make for sensory overload, especially on a football weekend. The bar area is where you want to be if you have a large group. And of course, the largest mugs of beer in town. I think it is like 42oz. I'm usually wanting to hands the car keys over to someone and start walking home after 2 large Blue Moon's.

Lets face it, this is a sports bar first and restaurant last. People need to think TWICE about bringing their kids into a rowdy, cursing crowd. This place is alot of fun to watch your favorite team on some big screens. The beer is always cold, the service is for the most part consistent. I love the non-smoking environment throughout the place now. A welcomed change. Food is your typical bar fare so think and order accordingly.
