Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Amazing burrito! The food was good and quick service. The line moved fast and great location

Stingy serving size, less than welcoming employees, tables always a mess. The only thing that makes this place run is the food. And sometimes the rice is undercooked. What a perfectly good waste of a location.

Came at 2:00 on a Friday for lunch. Burrito was good, but most of the tables and the window benches still have leftover food on them from people that left long ago. No one is cleaning up, and people keep coming in, having to clean a spot for themselves.

The rice was under cooked. And the 3 young ladies that were working the counter were very unprofessional. Cursing, and talking about a customer. Even if she was unpleasant, go in the back and discuss what the problem is, not in front of other customers.

If I ever decide to have another child (and that will NEVER happen), Chipotle will be my pregnancy craving. The menu is very simple and explained well in other reviews. This is another place that feeds my borderline addiction to cilantro. If Hutchinson doesn't get one soon, I may just have to pack up and leave town.

I LOVE Chipotle, and I have eaten from many locations and haven't usually had complaints up until now.. I'm not usually one to rant and rave and write reviews because I am usually too lazy but this time really got me. I got there around 9:45.. yes I know they close at 10 but they were still open for another 15 minutes and I still expected the same professional service... that I did not get. They were low on barbacoa and could see that and knew that I could see that. She proceeded to take several dunks into the liquid that was left over and pick out what shredded remnants she could find then slid my bowl over to the next lady. I did not get the appropriate amount of meat. I know what the measurements are because I have worked for one before and I know what they look like just from the sight. I asked the next girl for pico and she put two big scoops on there- WAY too much but it was too late to take it off. Next was sour cream and she took two different dunks and slopped them on there, and while I love sour cream and it would have been fine if I had gotten the appropriate amount of meat to balance it out, it was WAY too much too. Then she topped it off with lettuce. My guess was she was trying to disguise the lack of meat by piling other stuff on top of it. I paid and then left, but I will not be excited to go to this location again.. I have never felt so rushed and pushed through to get out. There was ONE person behind me so it's not like there was a line. They were closing in ten and everyone was anxious to get out-I get it. Believe me. I've worked numerous food service jobs and worked at a bar where we didn't close until 2am and I didn't even get home until 3, but never did I try to rush my customers out of the building. I will probably end up coming back because I love the food and this one is closer than the east side location, but the service leaves much to be desired and a supervisor needs to counsel whatever employees were there tonight.. that was not acceptable service ever.

The food is good and they have healthy choices if you get the right thing. The only gripe I have and it may be just this location is that they're stingy with the servings. We Mexicans call it "pinche". The food makes up for it but its pretty annoying.

Good food for the price. It is an inexpensive way to eat out.

A convenient location located off of S. Rock and Hwy 54 (E Kellogg Ave). It is located across the street from the mall and relatively close to McConnell AFB. Chipotle is always a good place to get a huge burrito for a decent price ~$7. They have options for chicken, steak, carnitas, and barbacoa. They also have both black and pinto beans, as well as an array of salsas. I love the corn salsa. If you haven't tried a Chipotle you definitely should try one. There are many across the US and they provide good fresh burritos and tacos.

I'm sorry, but I LOVE Chipotle. I have lived overseas for the past several years and I could not wait to get back to this place. I always order the chicken burrito w/ guac; I've never had it as a salad, but lots of visitors do. The guac is more expensive, but its what I like, so I dont mind paying a lil extra. The staff loads up the burritos with rice, so I always ask them to take it easy. Its so good, and so fresh, and so good for you; I never feel guilty when I eat here. You must check this place out; you will wait in line, but you will not be disappointed. Happy eating.
