This is the only boba place in town other than Pho Special and some other Asian restaurants. They have a variety of choices, milk tea to smoothies and coffee. The place is pretty small, limited seating on busy days. Only have two sizes, small and large. The prices are reasonable. They make the drinks in front of you.

My friends and I were visiting from out of state and wanted boba tea. We were hesitant about this place because there were some bad reviews. But we noticed that they were all old so we went ahead and came here. I'm glad we did because my taro milk tea was delicious! It went great with the mixed fruit jelly. I practically inhaled my tea. My friends didn't like the boba pearls because they weren't cooked long enough. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit and I would definitely come back next time I'm in town!

This place was a bit run down. If there was any other boba place near me I would go there because the staff is flat out rude. You get the feeling that you are bothering them by trying to purchase their drinks. Not pleasant though the products are decent.

First off, the only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because of the short amount of time they have been open. It's clear that the people working there have no idea what they are doing. When we asked for a large green tea with splenda, they acted like it was the weirdest thing they have ever heard of. The next drink we ordered was a large peppermint tea. At this point the cashier asked if I meant to order an iced mocha, at which point I had to show her where on the menu it said you could order what I wanted. After getting that situated, they had to try and decipher how much to charge me for this tea and how to make it. After all that was done and paid for, we sat down and waited. And waited. Finally, they vaccuum sealed our lid on and gave us our drinks. $6.20 down the drain. Worst teas that we have ever had from anywhere. We do not plan on going back

I could have sworn up and down that Boba Zone was no longer in business due to their jacked-up location on Google Maps, but I finally found them in that shopping center on the northeast corner of 21st and Rock, and from the looks of it, the only Boba cafe in town is doing pretty well for themselves. It's like a coffee shop, except you can get smoothies along with your teas, coffees, and other what-have-yous. There's a daunting amount of options available for your drink, though I do prefer a nice avocado smoothie. Adding boba also gives me something to chew on to prevent me from sucking it down too fast, though I wonder if a sugary drink ever really needs any more extra carbs. This is not an area of my expertise, so I'll say the avocado smoothie had that soy milk-y vaguely avocado-y flavor that I actually prefer to the heavy suffocating gut bomb that is a milkshake. I like how they have the option to make certain smoothies with the real fruit when it's in season. Now I just have to figure out what the heck coffee jelly is...

This place is so addicting! I always call about 5 minutes ahead so I can pick it up as soon as I'm there. I'm glad they've opened a west store that's closer and more convenient to me. Workers are always nice and place is clean. Ive tried almost everything on their menu and I would highly recommend!

This place is clean and fast. They weren't busy when I was in there. I ordered the Taro and Lavender tea. They made it perfectly! I just wish the lavender tea came in a slush form instead of over ice. I will definitely stop by again if I am in town.

The coconut was a yellow color for some odd reason, and it tasted like papaya. The new employees are still not great.

I love this little place; not many places in Wichita serve boba drinks but this place sells many different varieties. The selection is simply stunning. They have everything from teas to iced coffees to smoothies and so much more. I am still trying new combinations and I've almost gone through two of those punch cards!

Ok apparently my last comment was removed because I didn't put in enough info so I'll go ahead and leave out my personal issues with management and just go from my last experience. Last time I went in there for a bubble tea a young girl was on her cell phone when I walked in. I waited to place my order until she was done, once she attended to me, which she made out to be a chore, she got right back on her phone and some nice kid came and took care of my drink for her. No hello, no thank you, no good bye. Just take your drink and go.

I went here with my husband to get an Almond milk tea and a Thai Milk Tea without bobas on a Sunday evening. There were two Mexican ladies working and there were about four people waiting for their drinks at the same time. We stepped outside and went back in after 15 minutes, only to find that they have completely forgotten our orders. One lady gave us a card good for a free drink. Almond milk tea smell good while the Thai milk tea tasted... fake. Oh well, I guess I'm happy with the card.

I honestly have no complaints. The selection they have are popular tastes, and mixes well or similar to other flavors. I used to always get Taro or Honeydew, but having worked at a bubble tea place myself I've tried many of the other flavors. I commend Boba Zone for their delicious Honey Milk Tea and Almond flavored smoothie (or milk tea) which I haven't had this good since I used to make bubble tea. My husband enjoys the Avocado smoothie and they were nice enough to add chocolate syrup drizzled down the cup which is how I used to make it with coconut lychee jelly. It's nice that they also have a stamp card for a free drink after a certain number of purchased drinks (which I usually lose since I'm not from the area). I wish they are much closer to or open one in Manhattan, KS. Business would flourish with the type of population here.

meh, there's so little to choose from in Wichita as there is, so I guess that's why this place is still in business, it's the only bubble tea place near this side of town!! the bubbles here were really sticky & I would get 2-3 in each slurp... not the way bubble tea is intended to be. the service wasn't great, as it was some snobby high school chick serving, who wasn't keen on telling what ingredients were in the slushies after saying that "slushies are just like smoothies." also, the atmosphere is definitely lacking, since most froyo/boba places have very clean, streamlined, modern looks. this place was furnished from things off craigslist & the lighting was fluorescent tube lights. yes, I'm quite disappointed about the experience, but my drink was ok

when visiting wichita this is the only boba place close to me that tastes decent enough. usually my go to drink: passion fruit green tea is cold and refreshing but today when I got my drink there was a big black insect in the drink... eewwww... the girl took it back and made me a new one... but they should have at least given me one on the house... deciding if I should give them one more chance or wait until I go back to San Diego for my boba :/

I have noticed Boba Zone several times on my trips to the nearby Dillon's and finally decided to stop by today.I got a regular boba milk tea and it was very good. If you don't know, boba are tapioca balls that are added to drinks. They rest on the bottom and you suck them up with your drink through an oversized straw. They offer a firm, chewy, yet virtually tasteless texture to the drink. The treat originated in Taiwan. It was an interesting experience, but one that I enjoyed. The milk tea itself was delicious. Boba Zone offers Wifi and a place to relax and have a drink with a friend. The offer slushies, milk tea and hot and cold coffees. I'm excited to give this place a second try soon.
