The people from Greek were great scholars who aimed to excel in everything they do. The results are quite visible in their food as they are the inventors of olive oil which is beneficial to health. Beautiful restaurant, and the live music was a plus. The food was so-so, and the service, not so spectacular. It was Friday night and we mentally dragged ourselves in after dealing with a broken down car and its subsequent towing. Not the best setup, I know. But having been in the service industry, I always give the benefit of the doubt. Like after we waited for nearly ten minutes before being greeted, I lost my temper not. The hostess was extremely apologetic, but the server seemed not to care, nor did he ever acknowledge that he kept us waiting. My date had the Chicken Marsala with rice for about $10. His chicken was charbroiled and flavorful, though the marsala sauce was sort of bland, and the steamed veggies and rice were completely unremarkable. I had the Moroccan veggies and couscous for about $9. I love this dish; I make it at home all the time. So I was a little disappointed when I realized it tasted exactly as I could have made it, for all of $6. I had high hopes when we walked in, but left feeling like I just wanted to go to sleep. Snore!

I've been to this place twice now. And both times I left longing to go to Mediterranean Grill, by Target and the mall on the east side, where the food is given in generous portions, fruits and veggies are ultra-fresh, flavors are authentic, and portions are over-the-top generous. Adrian's isn't bad. It's decorated nicely. The staff are friendly enough. My lasagna roll was pretty good. I've definitely had much better gyros. The fresh green salads were wilty both times, and the greens just seemed tired from being soaked in too much dressing for too long. My husband had the bourbon steak, with which he was very pleased, as it was done just how he liked it, with good-flavored sides and steamed veggies. It's got a great location. But I think next time I will go elsewhere or make the short trek to Mediterranean Grill.

Yesterday was my first time there. I had the ham sandwich(Greek style). It had a spicy sauce on it that was awesome. My wife had a huge Caesar salad with chicken. I loved the way the restaurant itself was decorated. The big vaulted ceiling and the music was good. Friendly wait staff. I will be going back to this place.

One of my all-time favorite restaurants!! Adrian's is a one-of-a-kind Mediterranean joint that has several dishes to choose from. I've had the Three-cheese Ravioli multiple times, all of which were A+. Definitely not any canned Ravioli! It's served in a mushroom-based sauce with large pasta and a side of garlic bread. All my friends have enjoyed their dishes as well! After dinner, the waiter/tress will come and tease you with a delicious tray of desserts to choose from, be forewarned! :D

If you want to enjoy Greek cooking in Wichita, this is the place to come. Nice menu selection and fast, friendly service contributed to a great meal. I love lamb shanks and don't find it at many places. So, when I saw that on the menu, I had to try it. The braised lamb shanks were cooked to perfection. The only negative would be that the sauce was slightly under-seasoned, but a little salt & pepper solved that problem. I had the baklava for dessert and it was perfect, crunchy and sweet. Give this place a try.

Great food and good service Try the lamb shank -- it's outstanding

Add a great service experience and it could have made it to three stars. The humus is par but on the bland side, the red potato soup is amazing and a must get. The carbonara is More then wanting (not worth ordering) and the lamb was well presented and par as well. Service was wanting, but I noticed some girls that were well engaged with their customers. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Price was not high or low.

I'm not saying that this place is terrible, but between the absolutely empty restaurant and the subpar greek salad full of wilted lettuce and tasteless dressing, I don't need to come back. I'll stick to N&J's

Sandwich is good. Fries are better than most of the common places. Quiet and peaceful good environment.

Though only Antoine Toubia's cousin, George Matta inherits more than a few lessons from the former restaurantuer in Adrian's Cafe, a place that is probably nicer than it should be and overextends itself more than it needs to. Nobody expects to find a restaurant as well-decorated as this wedged between a Best Buy and a Verizon store, but Adrian's tries to lure people in with the promise of live music on the weekends and an extensive menu that aims to please everyone. It should be obvious the type of cooking in which Adrian's specializes; if you come here looking to get the spaghetti or the burgers, you should probably look somewhere else. As a Lebanese place, though, Adrian's does pretty well. It was lunchtime and I wanted something light, so I ordered the mixed appetizer from which to nibble. It included various familiar tastes like hummus, baba ganoush, stuffed grape leaves, tabouli, and some pitas. It was all fairly successful with exceptions going to the stuffed grape leaves - which were not as stuffed as I was expecting - and the tabouli - very heavy on the onion. Adrian's seems to me to be another Wichita restaurant that might be trying a little too hard to overextend itself and be something for everyone. Luckily, I can ignore that by focusing on the Mediterranean dishes, and I suggest you do the same.

Stopped in to Adrian's over the weekend. I love the bierock they tend to have on their lunch special. I was by myself and asked to sit in a quiet booth, which I was. However, I don't know if he was the cook or the manager or owner, doesn't matter. There was a gentleman that came from the kitchen from time to time to bark orders at his staff. Even with guests he did not seem to be the most pleasant. His gruff demeanor got a little obnoxious and borderline ruined the ambiance of the dim, quiet cafe.

I was surprised to find out how spacious the inside is compared to the outside. The ambience and service was great. Good selection of entrees. Price is okay.

Do not come here if you want an authentic experience! The menu had mostly non-Mediterranean items on it (a very random assortment too I might add) and even though my waitress was friendly enough, she didn't even know how to pronounce the world "gyro" correctly...a huge pet peeve of mine! All in all, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you're as big of a fan of Greek food as I am and want the real thing!

Most of the time this place serves good food and the waitstaff is very nice. The mushroom soup is to die for, but it isn't on the menu every day. This needs to change. :-)

I'm a fan of Adrian's... drive out of my way for some good hummus and fattouch. Their gyro's are tasty as well as their greek salads or hummus sharwama. But today I was disappointed. I had eaten at a competitor's on Friday. Our plate of hummus there was almost over the edge - it was a generous portion. So today I go to my fave, Adrian's and order hummus. The plate arrived with a scant layer that one swipe with a pita chip laid bare. Disappointing.

Very good. Last time there had the Braised Lamb Shank with Rosemary and Thyme. DH had the Salmon with Creamy Mushroom Leek Sauce both were very tasty. Great music and atmosphere. Looking forward to going back.
