Some of the absolutely best pizza. They don't water down their sauce and it is delicious. They ever change it I am gone. Lol Epic Golden Crust it is a must try and they have Cheddar cheese! Best pizza.

I used to really like Godfathers pizza. I went there recently and have never been more disappointed in a restaurant. I ordered off their Delite menu and only wanted a personal but this pizza is only available in a medium or larger, so I opted for the medium. I also purchased a soda while waiting. I tried the Dr. Pepper and mentioned to the staff that it didn't taste right and one of the other employees told me to go for either Cheery Coke or Sprite because they're the only good ones, so I did. Still didn't taste "right." Then I got my pizza and I was exciting try this new line, ordered the spinach, black olive and tomato (forgot what the name of it is). Went to my car and then I couldn't wait, tried a bite and...I spit it out! It was the worst pizza I've ever tried! Horrible! I couldn't believe how bad it was. I wouldn't feed that to anyone or anything. I am not aggressive so it took me a bit to work up the nerve to complain, but I walked back inside and told the gentleman (& he was nice) about the poor pizza - the spinach was canned and slopped atop my pizza making it that much more undesirable. This was bad, bad, bad. I politely explained that to the gentleman who jus blankly stared at me and finally said "sorry ma'am". I returned the entire pizza minus my regurgitated bite with my receipt (idk why I did that) and was not offered any type of compensation, nothing at all, no free drink, no let's exchange it for something else so you give us another try, nada! I'm dumbfounded and disappointed in a restaurant that I grew up loving. Good riddance GodfathersI gave one star just because the employee was polite even if he didn't offer any compensation.

Used to have a Godfather's close by but it closed years ago, so when wife and I were in Topeka over Thanksgiving I asked her if she wouldn't mind eating there and she agreed. Just as good as I remembered.

I haven't eaten at a godfathers pizza in YEARS.. I guess it goes to show why you dont find many of these anymore.. The pizza was decent. Better than pizza hut thats for sure but just decent.
