We ordered delivery. The delivery arrived right on time, the delivery guy was pleasant, and the pizza was delicious... Until I pulled a long blonde hair out of the bite I had just put in my mouth. When I called them to tell them about the hair I'd found (knowing it wasn't ours because we area household of burnettes) and to suggest that person put on a hat, the lady on the phone informed me that they didn't have anyone with blonde hair... that was it. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from this location again.

When I moved, we were given a coupon for a free pizza. We don't eat a lot of pizza, but decided to take advantage of the savings. We added a Spinach Salad for our order. The delivery came in the amount of time we expected. The Spinach Salad was so good, we're still talking about it weeks later. We got sausage and mushroom pizza. I wasn't a fan of their sausage at all. We'll order from their again, but we'll do it a little differently next time.

Our "go to" pizza delivery service to our home. Always very good, the salads are extraordinarily fresh, the pizzas have the kind of freshness and flare you would expect from something that's not just a giant chain. The staff who answer the phone are always helpful and remember my previous order from the caller ID.

Love this place! Not only are they open later than any other pizza delivery but the food is great!!! I have ordered from this location dozens of times and they never take longer than the expected time and the food is always hot and gooooood!!!! It is a tad bit pricer than most pizza delivery, but you truly get what you pay for. There is also no minimum order so you can get a small personal pizza on the late night. I highly recommend this place! The staff is always friendly and I've never had a problem with my order!!!

I have ordered delivery from Sarpino's several times in the last few months..But the pizza tonight was hardly what I was expecting. I ordered a Taco Pizza.. Couldn't taste any seasoning that resembled a taco flavor. The cheese was almost nonexistent. Meat not anything you could see. More tomatoes than anything and lettuce. Without that there was nothing but a crust..Maybe a vegetarian was making this. Wouldn't order this again ever. Delivery service was good, and past few pizzas were much better. 2 Stars for past pizza not tonight.

Ordered delivery online from my iPhone Friday night. This was our first time trying Sarpinos. I instantly liked the place because they had an easy to use and clean mobile interface. Everything worked and was intuitive. They also had text message updates which I liked. I hoped the pizza was as good as the ordering experience. They did not disappoint. We had one large House Special and one Greek pizza. There was an online special for $26. It was more expensive than using a coupon elsewhere but once we had the first bite it seemed like a deal. I instantly said that we aren't ordering from the usual places anymore. The food is fantastic. I can't wait to try more of their menu.

The location is very convenient. I placed an order today and the order showed up incorrect so instead of offering to replace it with the correct item they made me feel guilty to needing a second trip. When the driver called his manager, she was yelling so loud people from my office in the next conference room could hear her on the phone. I asked the driver to step out into the exit area (as to not disturb clients visiting our office). He gets off the phone and says "well we are very busy so your order is behind about 15 others and will be a while, do you still not want to keep what we brought you instead? Yeah, no. Sorry to inconvenience a manager who handles stress so poorly und unprofessionally.

There are so many different types of pizza that no restaurant can please everybody. I've read some reviews that say Sarpino's pizza tastes nothing like real Italian pizza. Maybe not, but it's one of the best American pizzas I've ever had (I've never been to Italy). The pizza dough is not too thick, not too thin, chewy and yeasty and flavorful. The sauce is wonderful; three people at my house commented separately, "this sauce is delicious!" We had a sausage pizza and I've never seen sliced sausage before; someone thought we had been given pepperoni by mistake. Nope, it was yummy sausage. I am ready to try new kinds, like the Hawaiian.

I recently walked in and placed two orders to go. The man who waited on me was impatient, rude, and condescending. He got both orders wrong. When I pointed out that I received a small salad, rather than the regular size I ordered, he threw the receipt at me to "prove" I was wrong. Wow. What terrible customer service. The food wasn't bad. However, the customer service was so terrible I don't know if I could go back.
