Had dinner here last night and had a great time! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Our fabulous waitress Michelle kept us laughing and was on point with service. The food was also very good. We had their Texas dusted ribs (on special) and Prime Cheddar Burger. The ribs were fall off the bone tender with great seasoning and the burger was cooked to a perfect medium as ordered. Even the sides were delicious - spaghetti squash that was tender, but with a slight crunch still and a huge pile of hot, crispy French fries. Great stop for a very affordable night out!

Food was decent, service was dull, inconsistent and awkward and the manager horribly handled our question about the bill. We used a coupon promising 1/2 off one entree when you bought another entree. I was not super hungry so I ordered a baked potato and an appetizer. My two other dining partners ordered one each of the same entree. Our party also ordered a child's meal. When the bill arrived there were a number of discounts off several menu items, but both entrees were full price. When we asked the server he offered to "show us on the computer" and then "show us on the coupon" where we were mistaken. We asked for the manager. She did the same song and dance and then explained that "the computer system automatically takes the discount off the least expensive entree". We pointed out they were the same price and she said, "Well, when someone orders an appetizer and no entree, the computer rings it as an entree and gives the discount there" !!! I told her that is a bait and switch scam. She continued to argue and we didn't back down. Finally she said she would see if she could get the computer to adjust the price. I CALL B.S. on this establishment. Rule number 1. Don't argue with a customer. The server returned the other half of our coupon and it had obviously been crumpled up and thrown in the trash before we had asked for it. Nevermind...won't be going back.

They closed up the Olathe location. Bad Bad Bad. Guess they don't like us people in Olathe. Guess we will go to Houlihans or 54th Street or Crab Shack or 5 Guys or Olive Garden or Red Lobster or Minskys or Pizza Shoppe or Old Chicago or Twins Peaks (the list goes on) hell, anyplace but ruby tuesdays. Thanks for nothing ruby tuesdays. I do however like to buy your stock since it's cheap and it flip flops so much I can always make some quick bucks.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. My burger looked promising however the bun was completely saturated with water or grease. McDonald fries taste better than theirs. The salad bar was not fresh, plus I had to go through five different plates to find a clean one. When I went to speak with the manager he was very incompetent and refused to believe my claims by suggesting the burgers were just juicy. I highly do not recommend this place.

Food is great salad bar well cooked steak, great grilled asparagus as choice in sides. The kitchen is well organised but is horribly let down by service, today the duty manager who was sitting down at a guest table, told he was not chatting he was dealing with a complaint at that table about an earlier incident. Im not sure the food is good enough to offset the poor service so i will be giving this branch a miss in future.

I've only had to-go experiences, but both times were great. They are definitely more of a burger place though. I wouldn't really recommend any of their other dishes.

I really enjoy Ruby Tuesday's menu and I've never had any issues with this location. The only that scares me is that it seems like every time we go there, there is only a few people there. Sometimes we've drove in the parking lot and wondered if they were even open there were so few cars in front. When it comes to the food: My favorite menu item is on the back of the menu, it's the buffalo chicken sliders (2), a side and the salad bar. They are messy but tasty! My boyfriend usually enjoys one of the burgers or they have a really good mac and chz on their menu. Salad bar it is pretty standard ingredients, but when I'm craving a salad this is the place I like to go, because then I can put my own items on it.

We took our softball team of 11 ten year old girls for a late lunch. The staff and service were great and they were very accommodating to our large and energetic group. It was a nice break away from the ballpark. Food was good and the atmosphere was perfect.

Stopped in for salad bar for lunch; items not fresh and very limited for the price, would not come back.

A little pricey, but we go when we have a coupon. I love their salad bar, but they need to fix the temperature setting because most of the veg is freezer burned because they have it set too cold. We usually have great food and good service, but their prices keep us from going there very often.

It's a great place to grab a dinner before a movie or order a cocktail with a friend to catch up. Staff is great and service is pretty quick.
