Sure enough, it was ready to go when we showed up exactly 15 minutes after we placed our order. Today we tried the Chicken Fresco pizza and cheesy bread, both of which were hot, fresh, and delicious. The gentleman working the counter was very friendly. We will definitely be back! Also, Marco's has a window right inside the Family Video, so you can place an order, pick out a movie, and then grab your pizza on the way out the door! I love it.

Great pizza, really nice folks to work with. They goofed up our order once by one ingredient and gave us a pizza for free! No needed but appreciated. Great sausage and fresh veggies. Friday night favorite in my house.

We were looking for a new pizza place that delivers. The Monster Princess and the wife both needed a cheesy slice in their lives. My wife asked her sister for a suggestion and she recommended Marcos. We checked online and were pleased to see that you can order and pay from their website. We were also pleased with the variety of crusts and topping combinations. Ordering was easy and painless using their intuitive online ordering system. Prices here are reasonable for what you get. It's not pizza artistry, but it is good quality. I do think that Papa Johns may be a bit cheaper, but only by a few bucks. I think I usually spend about the same for pizza with a few extra toppings and wings. We've ordered pizza for delivery twice, and on both occasions we ordered the "White Cheesy". This cheese lover's paradise is topped with bacon, feta, and a medley of other cheeses that make my tummy a happy place. We order ours with thin GARLIC crust. "I like it because it's perfectly crispy, says my wife! I like it because its crispy and flavorful. I really like eating the crust here! But seriously, if my wife's uber discerning and extremely pregnant pallet says its good because its perfectly crispy, well then case closed. The delivery drivers have been friendly and polite. They always remember the cheese and peppers! I've always paid with a credit card and never with cash, which is part of the convenience of paying online.

This is the best pizza in the area period! I have been going to the Marco's in Gladstone since my neighbor told me about it 4 weeks ago. Every Friday I buy a pizza (because I am a Paleo eater) and the computer knows me by my number and they ask if I want my pizza the same way...AWESOME!!

I've been craving pizza for weeks. I really didn't want "fast food" pizza, but I was going to be close by so decided to phone in an order. I haven't been here ever and wasn't familiar with the menu at all. I did a quick 15 second search on my smart phone and decided to get a thin crust deluxe uno. I called to order and got someone that I'm pretty sure works there, but I'm pretty sure my 15 seconds of internet research already made me more knowledgeable of their menu. I had mentioned to the order taker that I haven't been there before and wasn't sure if they had specials. He said OK. So, I gave up on the hope of any suggestive sales at that point and just ordered what I had already decided to get. He told me it'd take 15 minutes... I accidentally took longer getting there than I expected and got there in about 30 minutes. When I went inside, I was lucky enough to get the same uninformed guy that had taken my order. There was a big sign that says when you order a large you get a free movie for Family Video next door. I payed for my pizza and asked the guy about the coupon. I'd just seen another customer get a coupon from a girl that was working there. My employee apparently was oblivious to that transaction that had just taken place inches from his very own face. He had no idea about this coupon. I gestured to and then read him the giant sign that was hanging over his head and he walked away and tells the other girl that was apparently the keeper of all their company's secrets that there was a sign up front that says something about a free movie when you purchase a large pizza. She came up and gave me a token to use for the movie. So, after that 5 minutes of awesome, I was really unsure about how great my now 15 minute too old pizza would be (that part was my fault). You know what? It really wasn't that bad. I got the really thin crust... it could have a bit more flavor. I was impressed by the huge pieces of sausage. The vegetables are cut too small so you don't even realize you are eating them. I prefer a little chunkier veggies. The pepperoni was unnoticeable. I'm not a fan of strong sauce, so appreciate the fact that the sauce was quite palatable for my tomato-hating taste. So, I guess, even though the customer service was not so great, the pizza was good enough that I'll try it again, so I figure that's worth at least 3 stars.

I just moved to the area and was in search of a standby pizza place that's affordable. I personally can't justify spending $20+ for pizza for 2 people so I was determined to find a good deal. I found that in Marco's. Their website offers multiple online coupons and allows you to customize your pizza down to how many slices it is cut into. Huge plus! I've been here twice now and have been satisfied both times. We've used the coupon for an XL 2 topping pizza for $12.99 both times and were left with tons of leftovers. Just over $14 including tax for a giant pizza with pepperoni, black olives, light sauce and parmesan garlic crust PLUS 2 free garlic dipping sauces is a damn good deal. We did carryout both times and it was ready in minutes. I especially love the crust, similar to Domino's or Papa John's but fresher. Side note: I personally prefer Marco's pizza COLD to warm...makes for amazing leftovers!

hands down one of the top places in the greater KC area for a great slice! Their crust is what impresses me most; many smaller pizza places make their pies with too much dough (very bready, not soft with a buttery bottom), but marco's has NAILED IT. Tons of fresh toppings, the cheese strings when you pull each piping hot slice from the pie, and the crust is tender and buttery! It's one of the only crusts that needs no dipping sauce. I always order the meat pizza, and eat there, if i can find a spot to sit. The place is usually packed, and there is limited seating, so I'd suggest getting your food to go if you live close. fabulouseatskc.com on fb @ facebook.com/fabulouseat… on youtube @ fabulouseatskc

Our new favorite pizza joint! You can totally customize your pizza...no sauce, lots of sauce, how it's baked, type of crust topping, how it's cut. Very reasonably priced and very tasty. The one on Nieman has a video store next door and sometimes you get a free movie rental...nice bonus. You can order online, but I've not had much success with that...I think it's my iPads fault. They also deliver, but we always just go pick it up. Great job, folks!

Great little pizza place connected to the family video store. You even get discounts for renting movies. I'm picky about pizza crust and this one is great. It is similar to the Papa John's crust, not greasy or super bready like Pizza Hut. It reminds me of pizza at little Italian delis. The cheese is super fresh and stringy (like how cartoon pizza looks). Prices are reasonable. One medium pizza was about $13. Fair amount of toppings. Sandwiches are super fresh and pretty cheap at $5 for a 6". Service for carryout was fast and friendly.

I tried to order a pizza through the website and it kept saying I didn't fill out the form correctly. After 5 attempts, I'm out. I filled everything out correctly but I guess they felt I need to provide more information, even though I had information in every box. Customer lost for life.

Marco's is our go-to pizza place in the Shawnee area. We love the meat lovers with the parmesan crust. We usually get the special that comes with bread sticks, and those are amazing. If you're looking to load up on carbs via pizza, this is the route to go. We order Marco's a couple times a month and have never had a bad experience.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Every Friday I buy a pizza (because I am a Paleo eater) and the computer knows me by my number and they ask if I want my pizza the same way...AWESOME!!

hands down one of the top places in the greater KC area for a great slice!

Beware of Marcos Pizza delivery drivers. If you ask for change so you can tip the driver, they say they need to run to the car to get "ones", and then don't return, SERIOUSLY, a pizza delivery driver that doesn't carry ones ??...

This is the newest pizza shop in Shawnee, so my wife and I checked it out today. We ordered via their website, and were promised we could pick up our order in 15 minutes. I love it.

Really good pizza! Not greasy, and evenly proportioned on cheese:sauce:toppings ratio. Price is great too. My go-to delivery choice.
