The great thing about BWW is the quality is always dependable. The big issue is service, but the service here was very snappy. There was an issue with the food coming out, but apparently there was a mix up in the kitchen. A couple managers came over to apologize, and took care of it. Definitely the best BUFFALO WILD WINGS I have ever been to.

Not as great as I thought it would be considering their reputation. Not bad or anything but nothing really stands out. Neat to get carrots (one of the few vegetables I like) as a side though I have to admit. I'll go back, maybe try a burger next time. Staff seems to be good I'll say.

Service was horrible from the moment we walked in the door. Food is good. Not good enough to come back ever again. Some one needs to teach the staff how to be hospitable and provide good service. You don't come to places like this expecting phenomenal service but it should be at least pleasant.

We always get take out since this location is more like a bar than other bdubs. Every single time they gip us on the ranch sauce, the celery, or both, even when we mention this and specifically ask for it to be included. Last time we also got the garden crasher & couldn't believe how little was in the box! Seriously 2 tiny carrot sticks, 3 celery sticks, 4 or 5 thin slices of red peppers, a few slices of cucumbers, and 6 olives with the naan bread. This is on their more to share appetizer for $9, you've got to be kidding me! Stingy rip off! The kids items are also small, not even enough to fill up my 6 year old daughter. The wings are good, but we've learned our lesson and will never order anything else.

After we were seated, It took a little bit to get waited on, but we also knew it was shift change. Once we were waited on, we had great service from a server named Maryn. It appeared as if she had a full load of tables, yet she was attentive to our needs, and kept the refills coming. We enjoyed our experience and will be repeat customers.

We stopped in happy to see a Bdubbs in town. The server was a sweetheart named Maryn and great salesperson, one i know they would be proud of. Our drinks were never empty and she was always working. I asked for the manager to compliment her service and he was great as well. I didnt enjoy the monthly sauce ( no ones fault but the taste buds) and he noticed and gave me a free snack size. I know this restaurant is still new and am sure its under the right leadership. Proud to see BDUBBS expanding!

Love bww! However this new Salina location was a mess! Horrible service, horrible management. Wings were good though, as always! Will drive to wichita instead.
