A nice, clean, friendly restaurant in a small town. Service is fast & the food is hot & tasty. What more could you want? I had the pulled pork sandwich on a hoagie bun & chips and am very satisfied. My kids were also pleased with both their meals (mac&cheese with corn and chicken strips with mashed potatoes & gravy). Thank you!!! Update: on the way home, both my kids thanked me for taking them to Shredders. My son said it was "incredible" & my daughter declared it to be "unbelievable"! So there you have it. 3 happy customers, right here :-)

Plain and simple. Velveeta cheese and canned veggies. Bagged salad and frozen pre made soup. I think they actually cook/smoke the meat here but the rest of the food seemed processed and fried. It's fine for this small town local "diner" and they cater which is one of the few places in town that does. It's very clean in the dining area and I very much appreciate that!

Very good BBQ. I had the ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. All were good... Not amazing, but good. The mashed potatoes w/gravy and "cold slop" (as we called it as kids) were very good. Would definitely go back for more. I'd like to try their burgers and other BBQ meats!

We were seated right away by the owner. He was pleasant but not talkative. The waitress took our drink order right away and we were served in less than 5 minutes. The orders taken by this waitress were repeated correctly but we did not get exactly what we ordered. Even so, we did not complain as this was our first time and we just ordered random items to get a sampling of what they had to offer. We had ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, baked beans, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes fries, backed potato, chili fries, and onion rings. The rings were over done. The baked potato was a little small. The baked beans had green peppers in it and was ok. The different meats were good, but would have been better if they had been cooked with the BBQ sauce. The two sauces they served table side were really good. The chicken was a little greasy.

A man who I think was the owner due to his picture being on the wall greeted us at the door. He threw our menus down on the table and walked away without saying anything. And I do mean tossed them on the table....I had ribs and brisket the others in our party had chicken fried chicken. The brisket was dry and the ribs were nothing to write home about. Being a smoke house I would expect them to sell their own brand of sauce...So I assume what they were serving came from the food truck and was not house made. Everything else was dumped out of a box nothing appeared to be hand breaded or made in house. We were hungry and that was the only reason we ate it. Avoid this place, I doubt it will be there by the end of the summer. The only plus is it was clean but if no one is eating there why would it not be.

My wife and I ate at Shredder's for lunch a few days ago. I had smoked chicken and she had pulled brisket sandwich. Both were "OK", but nothing to get excited about. The sides we had (potato salad and BBQ beans) tasted like what comes out of a plastic jar in the supermarket. Service was quick and good. Overall, edible food but not a destination-type restaraunt.
