McDonalds honestly has better customer service than this place. Multiple times I've placed call ahead orders and had to wait some 20-30 minutes past my scheduled pick up. I understand being busy, I work at a restaurant too, it's just they simply seem to not care at all at this store. At least at other places I am offered a free drink, refund, or gift certificate like they do at Starbucks. And as others have said, this place is terribly understaffed. Three people working when the line is out the door just doesn't work. Other than that, the food is good, which is literally the only reason I ever return to this location.

I love chipotle but this specific location is horrible. I've been here multiple times and they always seem to be understaffed. Even for a short like I find myself standing there for minimum 10 minutes. While making the food they tend to be very stingy with all ingredients. The employees need a sense of urgency.

What a ridiculous location! The parking lot is "if you dare take your life into your own hands" with crazy stupid parking and inconsiderate drivers. Then there is that line! Always out the door and employees standing around yawning and saw one girl scratching in her weave with her bare hands and back to the food! I made sure she didn't make my burrito or I would have left. Food is standard but if I am craving Chipotle, I'll drive to another location.

Of course chipotle has great food it's simple to make and keep up with. Yet apparently this location hasn't figured it out. I've been to many chipotles across the country and recently moved here. Only to find out this is the worst chipotle. They are seriously the slowest chipotle, I was in line lastnight for 30 min. Not only is this witnessed by customer eyes, but I have also worked at chipotle before. I have never seen a more ill prepared chipotle team. Regional needs to come up in there and show them how to really work.

Super happy they added brown rice, was never much of a fan of the white. Got a burrito bowl. Every time I come here, I know I shouldn't eat all of it cause I'll be fuller than a man on Thanksgiving, but it's so good, I just can't help but eat every last bite. Everything I've ever tried is fabulous.

It's one of my favorite places to eat. I don't eat gluten and I can eat almost anything in here except for the flour shells. I had to dock it one star because I use their app to order ahead most of time and they usually screw up my order. By "usually" I mean 80% of the time. Tonight they said they gave my order to someone else so when I went to get it it wasn't there. The had to remake the whole thing, which obviously defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

I love Chipotle. Can't believe I am the first to give this location a 5 star rating. This chain is better than half the sit-down Mexican restaurants in southern Joco. Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is quick and friendly. The only pain about this location is that its always PACKED. There are so many people all the time. I go really off hours to miss the lines. Lots of high school kids go to this one on top of the usual Chipotle crowd you'd see at any other location. Solid food - best quality fast food in the country, far as I'm concerned.

Hadn't been to Chipotle in a while and recently noticed they've added brown rice as a choice...I didn't think you could improve this product anymore (apart from adding queso) but this is a great new addition. As usual, fast service, great food.

Food here is very good you're normal chipolte. But huge problem and really silly that they do not have a baby changing station in either of the bathrooms. And that is the reason for 3 star.

Usually fast service FROZE at how to process a kids meal. Love their burritos but eat one every so often because of the high amount of calories. Good for a special splurge treat - but don't bring the kids as the person who made my meal had no idea how to make their kid meals...

It's fast food, so it's not going to be perfect, but pretty damn close. We went on Monday during the lunch rush, and the line was wrapped around the restaurant. I was worried at first, but the line just kept moving steadily. They sure do move people through there. I bet they serve Chipotle in heaven, where there are no calories. If you are diet-conscious, this is not the place to go, but if you say "to hell with it all," then bring it on.

I eat here burrito bowl quite often here and Food quality is really great. The servings are good size and you can always ask for more. I would rather do a five star rating if they don not have long waits to order food. There are a lot of people who wants to eat at chipotle and that would usually make a wait time of at least 20mins at this location. So don't be surprised if you experience long waits. Online order is another option to try.

The food is consistently good, with high quality ingredients. I have found the service at this location to be relatively quick. The chicken salad is my favorite because it is served on a bed of crisp lettuce, instead of a bed of rice, and includes a side of tangy dressing. The amount of meat dished out is somewhat less than that of other locations.

Location is perfect since it's by work and my apt however this parking lot is terrible!! The line is always crazy long! I'd def drive further just to avoid coming to this chipotle. A further drive but would probably get in and out and back home before even hitting the front of the line here.
