The wait in here is a little long but they are super busy which tells me that people flock to this one. Yesterday I was having kind of a bad day. One of those days where you keep dropping or bumping into things. Well I just so happened to spill my venti mocha all over myself and my BMW which was very maddening. I went in to order another one and they made me another one on the house and even have me rags to clean my car with while I waited for my new drink. They didn't have to do this especially with how busy they were at the time. Very nice and courteous staff.

To be fair, I have to start by saying I don't like coffee. I do like a good iced chai tea though. Starbucks iced chai tea isn't that good. My main complaint is that the spices taste like an afterthought and are not brewed into the tea. It is also a little heavy on the dairy. It is a good option if you are out and about and want to grab a quick iced chai tea though. I think the price is a little much, almost $5 for a 20ish ounce drink. The snacks are decent and after looking at the menu more, the breakfast sandwiches look good.

Fifteen minutes I spent in their drive thru on a Thursday morning around 10. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I placed my order. I ordered 2 lattes and 2 croissants to the tune of $14.64. Finally, I got to the window to pay for my order and to pick up my items and the window attendant, clearly could see I was alone in my vehicle, proceeded to hand my my 2 coffees...fine, I have cup holders. However, when I was given the croissants with no bag or sack I began to become rather agitated. I took the croissants and said thank you. The attendant then waited halfway outside the window, seemingly waiting for possibly a tip. Balderdash! I'm in the service industry and I recognize good service. I DID not receive service that merited and extra funds from yours truly. Starbucks: your franchise in this particular location needs to learn a few manners!

Very disappointed in the service. The lady at the register was making a drink and chatting with customer loudly, two were working the drive thru and two guys were talking and doing nothing. Only the lady making the drink acknowledged us. Once the two guys got done talking, one started heating ip a sandwich and the other guy started working on paperwork. If the guy working on the paperwork was some kind of manager, he needs to learn the Starbucks philosophy of one customer at a time and at least acknowledge us. This store used to be so much better.

2 min walk!! Love the proximity to all else. I do appreciate the faster than average speed these folks work at. My drink is always consistent and I'm always out in record time.

The architecture of this particular Starbucks location is stunning. I'm a huge Frank Lloyd Wright fan. I've been to Taliesin and have stood in the room where Wright designed Fallingwater. I've toured Usonian homes from Iowa to Oregon. This particular Starbucks evokes Mr. Wright's genius use of cantilevers to disguise what's actually a big brick box. The interior is tall and open with greats nooks to read and enjoy the over roasted corporate coffee. This Starbucks has a bustling "open kitchen" feel similar to a busy restaurant. I counted eight Starbucks staff members hustling to get customers on their way. Fast and efficient. The parking lot. You have two choices: wait in a really long line of drive-thru customers or grab a parking spot and hope the drive-thru line doesn't block you in. I parked about forty yards away in a "no parking" spot. **** strangely related links to this review **** olatheks.org/Courts/Fines taliesinpreservation.org fallingwater.org

No complaints here. I hit the drive thru late on Saturday night and got a skinny mocha frap. The service was quick and the drive thru was not busy, lucky me.

The staff is always personable and friendly. Drive through often has a long line, and I have noticed I can get in and out before car that would have been in front of me has gotten through. Sometimes you can get blocked into the parking lot by the drive through. Have spent a nice afternoon here grading papers, very pleasant and sunny.

I LOVE this Starbucks for one reason and one reason only. The barista! I think his name is Kyle. And really, it's a shame I don't know his name. He is chipper and happy every morning. He greets you with a smile, is always very friendly and chatty, and acknowledges your patronage. He's awesome for business. Honestly, he sometimes really makes my day. His cheeriness is contagious. I'm only not awarding the 5th star because of the sometimes horrendous drive-thru waits I've experienced here. And though I have tried to save time by walking in instead, I have noticed that the drive-thru would've been quicker. Despite this, they really do try to get you in and out.

I spend way too much time and money here. I never thought I'd be that person... but I am. The staff is great and definitely up to Starbucks quality - always conversational and friendly. Occasionally I even strike up a conversation with an interesting patron in the joint. Great patio to sit outside and read, plus a drivethrough near all the amenities like banks, etc. if you're in a pinch. This location is exceptionally loud every time I'm there for some reason. I can't sit inside and focus on what I'm doing or read a book, so I either go outside on the patio or don't go at all.

Good coffee coupled with perfect location, great service & friendly baristas is how I would describe this Starbucks!

This is one of my favorite starbucks. This is the first and only starbucks where the employees actually made an effort to get to know my name and what I order. I've never had a place with a Cheers like feeling, but this is the closest place I've ever had something like it as the staff is really great. If you don't like what you order just tell them and they will make you a new drink no problem. I think that is a company policy but the staff here is really cool about it and you don't feel bad in asking them to make a new drink if you try something new and don't like it. The store is also one of the smallest Starbucks though so you can't always get a seat inside. They do have a drive through though. The parking lot is also small but you can usually get a parking spot there. They also do a good job on the drinks.

On the tour of suburban Starbucks this location has great staff and lots of windows, providing nice light to work by. It's also pleasant to gaze out the windows at the nearby area of trees, very relaxing. It seems that the strangely isolated location might make parking a bit hairy at times, but the drive through is a help on that front.

Its a Starbucks - its conveniently located, though I wish the parking wasn't quite so much of a mess. More than once they've given me milk instead of soy when I requested it - which considering me and milk have a disagreement - didnt end well for me. When the place is packed, its packed...

I don't go to Starbucks very often, simply because I am not a big coffee person. I'll get some iced tea from here sometimes, or the occasional frap, but...I'm not a regular. However, the staff at this location has always been awesome, thus the review. Whether I go at 6am or 9pm, weekday or weekend, the staff is always really, really great. Besides that, it's a standard Starbucks. The parking lot kinda sucks though...the drive-thru line (lazy bastards...I hate drive-thrus) gets so long at rush hour that it can actually block you in the parking lot if you parked and went in. That's a pain, so I subtracted a star.
