Sever says takes ten minutes each time I reorder all u can eat shrimp. But actually took 25mins between orders of shrimp. Sever suck. I sat in there for 2hrs trying to eat endless shrimp. And I was the only customer there and still had to wait 25mins every time I wanted more shrimp. Was like they didn't want me to have endless shrimp. Ordering more was like pulling teeth!!

The 4 course meal is reasonable. The wait staff is awesome! We didn't have to wait at all to be seated. The food came out super fast and hot. It was delicious. Our waitress Avery was super sweet and took really good care of us. We will definitely be back for another date night!

The food was ok. The service was absolutely horrible. It took more than an hour to get our entree. Only offered one refill in the 1 1/2 hours we were there. Waitress was unapologetic. Ordered soup, and although the waitress promises to bring the cheese biscuits, she did not until the food entree was service. The to top it off there was a hair in my wife's food. Thoroughly disappointed and will never go back.

My wife and I second visit to this location since the move from the mall location. My wife has severe allergies to 4 items that limits our dining out plus the fear if someone other than us messes up the prep it means a hospital run. Twice now Darla at the front who would suffer worse than my wife has guided her through the menu and assisted our server (this time the lovely Jenni) in a worry free and very tasty seafood meal that allows my wife the opportunity to allow someone else to do the cooking. It was good to be back and to see Darla's smiling face and her expertise at making our special night memorable. Thanks again.

The food was great but service was awful again. Our server (who's name starts with an L) was rude since the moment we were sit in her area. My 2 little daughters love red lobster biscuits and our server only brought us 4 and didn't even asked or offer more. While the table in front of us, a party of 3, got 8 and 8 more to go. We also needed an extra plate but she never came to ask if we needed anything. She just went past our table several times. She seemed to pay more attention to that other. Also she made a mistake in the table next to us and the guy didn't eat because his steak wasn't done while his wife and little girl finished their food. By the way, she was not busy she had 4 tables to take care but she only paid attention to one. Management, if you read this, please retrain this server. My family and I love Red Lobster and if I go again to this location, I don't want L---h as a server. Thank you.

Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants. I even worked there for two years when I was younger. So I know the food as going to be great, but what makes the experience at Red Lobster so special this time is the stellar severe by Eric. He is a great server and was exceptionally attentive even though the restaurant was packed. If you love red lobster and are in the area I would go here and request Eric. He will make your experience at Red Lobster exceptional.

Got 3/4 of the way through my salad and found a hair ... Obviously not mine from the color! Alerted the waitress and no apology ... just took it away and told me my food was done. My crab Alfredo had several shells in it. I'm not a picky person ... I have a dog and understand hair. But this is a restaurant ... wear freaking hair nets if you are prepping food! Plus they didn't even offer to comp part of my lunch! Not even my $2.59 diet Coke that cost them 3 cents! What happened to empathy and appreciation of customers? Apparently now I know the monetary cost of nausea: $15.88.

Waitstaff was great management and seating management was utterly horrible. Unfortunately though my family likes to come here you being at work Kansas there's not a lot of seafood places & Joe's Crab Shack is just as crappy.

We went to this location on Sunday for my son's Birthday. The wait staff was absolutely wonderful, with fast, friendly and attentive service. The drinks were kept filled and the salads and the main course came out perfectly timed. The staff sang happy birthday to my kid, hand signed a birthday card and put a candle in his dessert. The server brought out boxes for left overs, and even put an extra bag of cheese biscuits in the bag they gave us to carry our to go boxes. The food was what you would expect from Red Lobster, average and tasty, but certainly not The Bristol or McCormick and Schmicks. But for a family of hungry teenagers hankering for crab legs and an Admiral's Feast, it's all good. We fed 5 and left with a $120.00 bill plus a 20% tip.

If you're going to Red Lobster, you know what to expect. I hadn't been in years, but still knew what to expect. But we had a gift card and decided to try out this new-ish location, near our house. It was a Wednesday evening, pretty quiet. The restaurant itself is large, clean, and fairly comfortable. Despite being quiet, we were sat next to the kitchen and it got rather loud with server gossip and such, but we decided not to move tables. That being said, this should have been the last table set on a busy Friday night, so that ticked me off. Nonetheless, our server herself was friendly and efficient. We got the 2 for $25 deal, with me getting a seafood linguine and my wife got the wood-grilled chicken, as she isn't a huge seafood fan. Both dishes came out quickly enough. My linguine had a bunch of seafood, but none of it was that great. About what you would expect - quantity over quality. It was fine. My wife's chicken was exactly that - chicken. No better, no worse. We also got the dessert with the deal, instead of the app, and chose the chocolate cake which was quite tasty but huge and a bit too much for us. Oh, and we got a couple of alcoholic beverage treats which were tasty but took a long time to be delivered. I probably don't need to return to Red Lobster, be it this location or any others, for a very long time. But, I got exactly what I expected here - friendly service, clean restaurant, so-so food at a low-ish price. If you expect anything more at Red Lobster, you're unfairly setting it up for failure.

This place is a joke. The bartender can't open a wine bottle. I ordered take out with a gift card I received because they botched my last carry out order. I have been sitting at the bar for 15 minutes. I have no change. I have no food. I ordered my food 43 minutes ago and here I sit. Ignored. I will never come here again.

Poor service, poor attitudes and lack of attentiveness. Our server was slow and flighty, the hostess is awful. She is old, bitter and spends more energy trying NOT to help people than actually doing her job.

First time going to new location. Food was very good. Wait wasn't too bad. Service was fast and friendly. Even though the waiter accidentally spilled water all over my husband. We had a good laugh about it. Service at the bar was good but slow. Drinks a bit strong for our taste. Over all a good place to eat great seafood.

We made the mistake of driving to where Red Lobster used to be located-- by the Great Mall. Saw the sign on the door about its closing, along with the address for this place. Got here about 6 p.m. on a Sunday and it was packed. 20-30 minute wait. That's certainly not unusual for a Sunday evening, but it did seem as though the place wasn't as efficient as it could be. It was like they needed a whole team just to man the hostess stand. Anyway, after 15 or so minutes, they were able to get us a high-top in the bar area. As far as the food went, typical Red Lobster. We always enjoy the food and this location didn't vary. But I have to say the service was a lot slower than we're used to. (Again, seemed to go back to the efficiency issue.) Even getting the check was something of an ordeal. All in all, an OK evening. But we'll probably opt for a different Red Lobster next time around.

We've been back to this Red Lobster several times since it opened last year and the service has been very hit or miss. One thing I really hate about it is there are only 6 tables in the entire restaurant and the rest of the seats are booths. Being a person of size I prefer a table over a booth, but there is not much of an option for that here. Also when there is a party larger than 6 they have to push two of the tables together which really clutters up the table area. Last time I went with my wife and our niece and nephew. The server was very nice and friendly, but the service was slow. It took 10 minutes to get our salads after we ordered and another 10 or 15 minutes to get our food. The meals for our niece and nephew came out first and about 5 minutes later our food came out, but they had forgot my baked potato. The food was hot and tasted good, but it just seemed to take for ever to get things. The only thing I have to say that will probably bring me back here is that is that it is so much closer to our home than any other Red Lobster location.
