I will never come back here again. If I could get my money back I would leave now. I came in for a simple sandwich, coffee and to surf the Internet. These idiots don't know how to maintain the wireless network, so I'm posting this message on my iPhone

I have been here a few times. It is in a strange location so I keep forgetting that it is there. The dairy thing limits me in the morning unless I want a dry bagel or fruit. Lunch however since they make everything there I have more options. I have had the Turkey club wrap minus the cheese and it is very filling. The tuna and the chicken salads both are good. Each sandwich comes with a side: Chips or a banana. Which is nice. They tend to get busy quick so go early. I have never seen more than 2 people working there at a time so they tend to get backed up. I do really like their green tea and iced coffee.

My boyfriend and I come here at least once a week. I love their warm bagels, sandwiches, and spread. The staff was friendly to us and our food came out fast. It's a great place to grab breakfast!

First time I have ever been to an Einstein Brothers and it was OK. Walked in on a Saturday morning and they were about half full of patrons. Line was short and we ordered our bagel breakfast sandwiches and began to wait...and wait...and wait. Probably about 10 minutes later our sandwiches were finished and we had to ask them to make them to go. Either we forgot to mention that or they forgot to ask either way this was not a huge deal. But once we got back to our car and my wife realized her sausage, egg and cheese bagel had bacon instead of sausage we started the process over again....and waited....and waited. After I had finished my sandwich my wife's replacement arrived. They were not very apologetic about the mistake which does not bode well with me. Not that I demand a free meal or anything but an "I'm sorry about that." would have been appreciated. As for the bagel sandwiches themselves, the were delicious. I had a soft fresh bagel, crispy bacon with spicy pepperjack on top of a egg. My wife's was a turkey sausage, cheddar cheese with egg. Both were very tasty which is probably going to make us come back here but we will be more prepared to handle the subpar service.

Im going to give this place a 5 since somebody gave it a 1 for NOT being open, been here a hundred times and its always open. We really like this place, and hit it at least once a week.

I have given up on the Einstein's on College, so I decided to come here. Service is definitely better (the one at College frequently has let my bagel just sit and get cold behind the counter while I've been begging and pleading to get it), but other than that there is nothing special about this location. The interior is kind of dark and depressing, but I would rather bring the bagel home anyways so that doesn't matter much to me. Staff here are friendly enough.

This place is a poorly run joke. It takes forever to get food and it is not very good. The everything bagels are chewy and bread-like and every time I order one toasted it comes out cold and yet they defiantly say it was toasted - weird. When I lived in New York there was a bagel store across from my apartment that had 30 cent bagels on Mondays. It makes me cringe to think of those quintessential specimens sitting there in baskets for 30 cents while these creeps at "Einstein Bros" are slinging this garbage for like $3.50 with cream cheese.

I had never been to Einstein bros before, but when I went I ordered a Spinach and Bacon panini w/a frozen carmel drink and both were amazing. I usually like going to Panera, but I will have to add this to my places to go. The place was clean and friendly.

I have attempted to go here to eat on at least three separate occasions however they are never open. I tried during lunch, dinner, and never open.
