Always good taste.I like this Dominos Because their handmade pizza.Almost every flavor I tried,all good.The only thing I could not give five stars is they do not have salad. Well If they offer salad,it gonna be perfect for me. One more thing,they always open late.Then I could find some thing to eat at night.

This is some of the best chain pizza around. The menu is very inexpensive. They are gracious with the toppings on the pizza. The pizza is always delivered quickly and is very hot when it arrives.

The obvious here is that when a pizza place calls you and says you pizza will be an hour and a half late that maybe you should go elsewhere. I got a call after placing my order online with that exact statement. I called in two hours and 15 minutes later and behold, my pizza is on its way and should be there in a few minutes. I asked about a discount because it was extremely late at this point but I got a mouth full of excuses and very poor customer service. I then was accused of demanding free pizza after I clearly only asked. I kept calm and explained that this was not appropriate in a place of business and then ask for his name, after that I was promptly hung up on. I called back only to be placed on indefinite hold by the same person. After my third attempt the "Manager" answered the phone and I explained the situation, what happened, what was said, and how inappropriately it was handled. I emailed Domino's corporate office with the explanation of events. Will not recommend that anyone use their delivery service between the hours of 10am-1pm in fact I would direct them to another pizza all together.

I am a fan of the boneless wings. Well, no so much the wings, they tend to be a little dry, but the buffalo dipping sauce is deliciously, make you perspire, hot. It has good flavor and a perfect touch of heat that tends to be lacking at what most places call "hot" wings. The pizza has improved and isn't a bad option if you are wanting something super quick. I am not a huge fan of the pasta options and the sandwiches are ok. The service has greatly improved over what it was a couple of years ago. I am guessing they have a new manager as they use to consistently mess up orders and the manager would argue rather than trying to correct it. Now you get what you order in the first place. I like the online ordering and the status that goes through he process so you actually know when they are on the way.

OK option for a Gluten Free pizza, not nearly hard and crunchy as the Minskys version. However, this is only good for those with intolerance, not full blown wheat allergy because the pizza is cooked in the same oven as the other pizzas. If you take Gluten-Ease to help break down contamination, this gives you a decent opportunity for an almost 'normal' pizza.

I put in an order at noon. Minutes later my phone rang and a young kid told me that they would not be able to deliver it for an hour and a half! I told him to cancel the order and tried to ask why it was going to be so long or talk to his manager, but he had already hung up on me! So I called back and asked to speak to the store manager. Same kid told me he was the store manager. I asked him why he hung up on me and why it was going to take an hour and a half to get my order. He informed me it was lunch time, as though I was an idiot and didn't know the time. He complained he only had two drivers. I told him as the store manager he needed to learn to manage his store better and get it staffed. He then informed me he wasn't the manager and hung up on me AGAIN!

We ordered pizza two weeks ago from this location and they delivered us the wrong order. When we called, we were told that they would put us on a list so that we could receive a free pizza to make up for it. We called today and spoke with the manager, Tyler, and he told us he wasn't dealing with this today and hung up on us. When we called back again he said that they wouldn't honor anything from 2 weeks ago. I can understand maybe two months but two weeks I think is a justifiable time to receive what we were told they would take care of for us. He was extremely rude and hung up on us again. I am calling the corporate office in Ann Arbor tomorrow at 734-930-3030 to file a report when they are open. I am also calling back to speak to the general manager of the location on Monday. For a restaurant that prides itself on its customer service in their commercials, this is the furthest thing from it.

I could not believe how fast the pizza showed up. It was seriously less than a half hour from the time we ordered it and it takes 5 - 10 minutes to get to our house. On top of that it was freaking delicious. I have had pizza all over this area and Dominos ranks up there with the best tasting!!!

It doesn't matter how good your pizza is if you are so rude to your customers they don't want to eat it. That is what happened to us: We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, half with pineapple as well. We were told it would take 30 minutes for carry out. I went in to pick up the pizza after the 30 minutes only to have to wait another 45 to get my pizza. After speaking with the manager, Kavon, he told me they forgot to make the pizza and got one going for me and threw in a dessert. After I got home we looked at the pizza it was missing pepperoni on half of the pizza. We called up and asked if they would make us the correct pizza and they refused. The manager said he gave us a free desert and that was enough and would not give us the right pizza. This was the rudest treatment we have ever received at a restaurant of any type. There are lots of pizza places here, use Pizza Hut or Papa johns, stay away from here.

With all the hoopla Domino commercials of them doing better. This Dominos has got their act together. Okay, I never had a problem with this establishment before. It's just nice that the food actually taste good now. They pay attention to the online ticket if I need something special like extra sauce. That's all I ask for, really. The tracker online tracker is great. When they say such and such is delivering the pizza, it gets here. Also, majority of the time delivery such and such is super nice.
