Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Having tried several different Chinese takeout restaurants in the KC area, this one is very good. It especially surprising being that it's all the way in Louisburg. I have eaten here on a couple different occasions and I was not disappointed. The quality of the food is consistent and not varied from each visit. The portion sizes are acceptable and not too small or too big. The Crab Rangoon, Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls, Fried Rice, Beef LO Mien, Beef and Broccoli, and General Tso's are all really good. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the quality and taste of the food an 8. The restaurant is very small, but it's extremely clean and you can watch all the food prep from the dinning room / lobby (always a plus). The staff are friendly and clearly family. If ordering takeout, it's really fast. A normal expectation would be having your takeout ready in about 10 minutes from phone ordering. Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try. I understand there are two other locations (Lenexa and Tonganoxie) . I have not tried either but hope they are as well run as this one.

The food was absolutely AMAZING! My mom just moved to Louisburg and we were up for a Thanksgiving and decided to get take out on Saturday. We went in and out in an order of 4 combo meals and it was done in 10 minutes and very hot! The price was very good for dinner for 4 of us also! We will definitely we eating there again!

Great cooked to order food. Lunch specials are huge portions and you can get any entree as a lunch portion. Place was very clean when we ate there the first time, which definitely influences my future dining choices. The food was cooked to order, out in minutes and tasted great. Only thing i wish they had was vegetables in the fried rice instead of only egg. Overall very pleased and will definitely be returning.

Horrible! Asked for tofu & vegetables, no msg ... Clerk glared at me, spoke in Chinese to cook. Obviously NOT msg-free, sick before I even left. Clerk was downright rude and haughty ... Maybe a bad day for her? Not necessary to take it out on customers. Will not be back.

It is nice to have a Chinese restaurant in Louisburg again and this one certainly doesn't disappoint! The setup allows full viability of the kitchen which is a nice feature in a Chinese restaurant. The 5 different dishes we've tried, thus far, have been very tasty. The egg rolls are especially good!

First, when we walked in, we had intended to eat there but there was not a single clean table aside from an 8 person table and there was only two of us. There was no bus boy cleaning tables either. There were a lot of people waiting for food. I have to guess one couple had been waiting awhile because he kept looking at his watch. We waited about 10 min for sweet and sour chicken, general tso's chicken and crab Rangoon. My husband ordered his general tso's chicken extra spicy. When we got home it was not spicy at all, he had to go back to get a new order. My sweet and sour chicken wasn't bad but it's pretty hard to mess that up. Overall while it might be nice to have a Chinese restaurant back in Louisburg, it would have been nice for it to be quality. My husband describes it as the most bland tasting Chinese food he has ever had.

Finally, we have Chinese food back in Louisburg! We were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Our first two selections were General Tsao's Chicken and Shrimp with Snow Peas. Delicious!

We usually call in to-go orders and they are ready within 10 minutes which is awesome. Food is consistently yummy. I especially love the egg rolls and chicken lo mein. I would recommend to any Chinese food lover!
