Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I am a big Chipotle fan, I go there all the time, and have been to them all over the U.S. and that was by far the smallest portions I have ever seen there. I got double meat and still didn't come close to filling up the bowl. Same with my brother across the table. Much smaller portion sizes than any other Chipotle I have ever seen.

I'm going to preface this one-star review by saying I am going to give this particular Chipotle location one more shot to get it right. It's close to my neighbourhood and I sometimes want a fast taco. But only one more shot! I ordered three crispy steak tacos with cheese, hold the tomatoes. When I got home and opened my bag, I had three crispy taco shells with LITERALLY two pieces of overcooked beef in each, a few shreds of cheese, and a couple of chunks of iceberg lettuce. I was so hungry and felt like someone played a cruel joke on me. I didn't take them back or call because my family was rushing to get to a bowling date with our son's baseball team. I just poured the ingredients from all three tacos into one shell and consoled myself with the idea of the microwaved fries I'd get at Jaybowl. Man. Now I'm sad again *and* craving a taco.

You can easily tell this is a new Chipotle, but the service was great! Food was perfect, portions were huge! I got the Bowl with Barbacoa and could hardly finish it. The atmosphere was very comfortable with plenty of room. As far as Chipotles go, this is a good one.

I disagree with the assertion that you have to go to Kansas City to find a decent Chipotle. Have been visiting this store since they opened, and while they had some issues at first, it seems to have smoothed out. Portions are the normal size you'd get at any Chipotle, and the staff seem to have gotten their routine under control. The only thing I dislike about this Chipotle is the parking lot- can be impossible to park during most parts of the day.

This particular Chipotle is new and has had a 1 out of 6 success rate at providing decent portions. In comparison to other Chipotles this is the worst one in 39 mile radius. The portion sizes are laughable and the staff seems at times completely lost. They have been open for at least a month or two now and at this point the staff should be comfortable in their positions by this point, but it seems, that this is still a huge work in progress. My girlfriend and i have gone to this one 3 times in the last month and a half crossing fingers that things would get better. and during the last visit they got one burrito to the proportions we are used to from every other Chipotle we have gone to and we had to ask them to add more in order for this to be the case. and as an added bonus they seem to have a hearing issue as well ... when i order mild salsa with my chips i would prefer not to be served blistering hot blood pressure destruction in a cup .. yeah .. they gave me hot sauce. long story short.. go to Kansas city if you want a Chipotle that can make a burrito correctly.

Wow I should've paid attention to the earlier reviews, but I've learned my lesson now. It's no joke that they give you the smallest portion possible and still charge you $7 for a bowl. Never going to that Chipotle again.

Baby Burritos! Half the size of the mass street chipotle! Still Hungry! They need to transfer some skilled burrito rollers from the other ones! These kids they have working here are afraid! They think "Oh no! What if it's too big for me to roll?" You know what they do at the mass street chipotle? They use 2 tortillas. They usually don't need to because they are skilled burrito rollers. They take the art of burrito rolling seriously. I can't tell if these kids are more afraid or just don't care. Come on! Roll me a big Burrito dammit!
