I stopped in here with my grandparents because it's one of their favorite spots, and now it's one of mine for when I'm in Hutchinson. They have a fairly good selection of beer for the size of the place, and there are quite a few TVs around. The bar is actually pretty cool and it has a sort of vibe you wouldn't expect it to. Their specials are incredible. The quesadillas are delicious and they are massive and a total deal! They also have a steak night I believe and various others. The servers are all extremely friendly and fun (and dealt well with my grandpa's jokes). It's locally owned too so there's another plus for you.

I was excited when this place re-opened and promised great new specials.....it was a major let down. My husband and I went for dinner on Friday. The inside is very dingy and too dark. I don't mind places that are dimly lit if it's the right atmosphere but it was just plain dark inside. The food was mediocre at best.....I could have made MUCH better at home and the meat from the French Dip tasted like it was definitely frozen. The monterey chicken sandwich had no real flavor, and the chicken was much smaller then the bun. We were in there at about 5:30 and Happy Hour was already over......on a Friday night?? We won't be going back

It's your friendly neighborhood small home town bar! The staff is very friendly and there is plenty of seating. They have large TVs for viewing any sport.

Great locally owned spot. Specials every day and a good bar with very friendly staff. Something about this place lets you know that it is locally owned and run. I mean that in a good way. Feels like a family-run place. Steaks are good. Always well-prepared. Not surprising since I heard they buy them from a local meat provider. Definitely worth stopping in here to check out the steaks & specials. Service is very friendly and personable.

My family are regulars here, and it's a good bet for watching the big game, but the service and food are a little inconsistent. Everything tastes great, but the menu changes all the time, and since certain items are only available on certain days, you may go planning to order something only to discover that they changed the menu, and now you can only get it on Saturday nights. Also, they frequently run out of food, so you may once again not be able to order whatever you were craving. I really miss the pollodillas, recently cut from the menu. The service is usually really good, but occasionally you'll get a flaky or lazy waitress or someone with too much attitude. The atmosphere is usually really fun whether you sit at the bar or in the main room. It's pretty smoky though. For Christmas it's always decorated really nicely. Altogether, I go here a lot, because it's some of the best game in town for hanging out with family and friends. I like it enough to shrug off all of the above, and we usually have our family birthday celebrations here; just be sure to call ahead and make sure they are going to have enough steaks if that's what you want.
