Delicious food, was really satisfied with the quality and time it took to be served. Chips and salsa served upon sitting down weren't anything special but very good. The Mexican Coka Cola they have is very tasty! The environment was really chill and laid back. The server checked on us plenty of times, was very satisfied with the service. Wasn't very busy when I went so it was quiet and relaxing, nice music playing. I would recommend visiting this place to anyone! :D

Seriously mediocre food. Boring would be a good description. Canned food with very little flavor or texture. Prices were ok, but I certainly wouldn't make this choice again. Not much else to add.

This place is amazing! Probably one of the best Mexican places I've ever been too! Definitely authentic lots of flavor and the best margaritas. Staff was very friendly and service was quick! Israel was our server and he was awesome. Made sure we were taken care of! We ll be back next time we are through hays for sure! You won't be disappointed stopping here if your looking for great food!

Excellent food. I ordered the combo platter and the size was more then I could eat. Very spicy hot sauce if requested. The dining room is very typical of this type of restaurant. Waiter answered all of our questions and was very attentive. I will certainly be back and plan on ordering to go as well. For hays kansas this was an excellent restaurant.

Please do not be fooled by the "Vegetarian" dishes... The beans are made with Lard and NOT Vegetarian. We only noticed halfway through the bean taco on the combo plate and they wouldn't take it off the bill even though we asked them to take it and didn't order anything else. It is irresponsible to label dishes on your menu "Vegetarian" when they are not, they could and did get someone sick!

I love Jalisco's! I order for pick-up and go in to sit down all the time. The food is affordable and delicious! It is the most authentic Mexican food in Hays. They have very fast service, especially if you order for pick-up. I have had a few issues with order correct-ness, however they are always quick to fix it. Their margaritas are gorgeous and strong, so keep that in mind. My favorite dish is Chile Colorado with corn tortillas. Yum!

Friendly, fast service but most impressive was the great Mexican food and the frozen strawberry marg was good and strong. Love the warm chips and the little carafe of salsa!!
