There is not much to choose from in this small frontier town. We took a chance eating here and was extremely disappointed. Food quality left a lot to be desired and service was non existent. Salad bar items looked as if were days old.

We ended up at Gambino's due to the lack of options in town. The pizza was mediocre: the white sauce was overbearing, mushrooms were canned, and crust was similar to a hard, white cracker. Skip this place, travelers.

Gambino's isn't my favorite, but I understand the appeal. Very clean place with great atmosphere and clean, friendly and local staff. The salad bar is fantastic, but the buffet leaves some to be desired. I've been in there before while the place was packed and there were only 3 pizzas out. They never brought anything else out, so that was frustrating. I'm not really a fan out the crust that is as thin as a saltine, or the cheaply done toppings that I could go buy myself at Wal*Mart. However, their calzones are quite delicious, and they do have a wide variety of toppings to choose from. Sauerkraut and banana peppers? Enough to keep me coming back every once in a while.

Discovered this little local eatery while traveling I-70. The pizza we ordered was freshly made and very reasonably priced. There was a good variety of their 'Signature' pizzas and all of them had numerous and generous topping selections. Very friendly staff, easy access, lots of parking and the cleanest restaurant we've EVER seen while on a road trip. Our only suggestion to the owner would be to add some more herbs and seasonings to the base tomato sauce used on the pizza. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Not bad pizza, much better than the other option in town (Pizza Hut). The sauce was nice and had a bit of a zip to it. The crust left some to be desired in flavor, but I like that it wasn't too thick or chewy. We enjoyed Gambino's overall.

Everyday pizza buffet from 11:00-1:00. The pizza crust is thin and light. They tend to stock the buffet with a couple dessert pizzas, and various types of their specialty and single topping pizzas, Fettuccine Alfredo, and a calzone. If you're interested in a certain type of pizza, make a request and they'll put it up there. If you like salad, the salad bar has plenty of options. Pasta salads can be found also. The tea is brewed. All around, this is a perfect buffet place that won't leave you feeling gross and bloated. This business cares about its community. You can find Gambino's advertising in just about any fundraiser in Goodland. Buy a Cowboy Card from a local football player, and get a great deal on two buffets every time you come in for lunch.
