There really aren't many Starbucks in Kansas off the freeway but this one will make you smile and grin and let you focus on the road again. It's in this wonderful little Oasis gas and rest stop and it's a real Starbucks indeed!

Nice Starbucks location in a gas station food court in Colby, KS. The lobby area is fairly large and modern. Nice place to stop if you are in need of your caffeinne fix.

It is real Starbucks in the middle of nowhere. I stood in line for my cinnamon dolce latte, which was perfect. There were,alas, no Starbucks mugs to buy saying "Colby".

If I see a billboard on the side of I-70 saying there is a Starbucks in 100 miles, there should be a Starbucks. And there was one.....but one being renovated. Don't be a co**tease Colby Starbucks.

We should have taken the hint when the woman in front of us returned her coffee suggesting there was something wrong with it. We ordered two caramel fraps. They were so bad we literally could not drink them, and poured them out. I still shudder to think what might have been in them that made them so awful...

LOVE that there is a Starbucks smack dab in the middle of Kansas. The drive is so boring that we require caffeination and we hate regular gas station coffee. The place is clean and easy to get in and out quick.

It was exciting to find out that there was a Starbucks along the way after driving for SO long. However, it is not a "corporate owned" store, so one should not expect the same level of service. The staff are not the same "cheerful" individuals I am used to dealing with when ordering a $7 Frappuccino & it just did not taste as good either. They do have the market cornered here, but I would continue driving another 100 miles if that were an option. Considering that there is a Starbucks location on every corner in the Northwest, I would think they could be successful in this area without having to rely on a franchisee. Too bad for us that are traveling across country and want the comfort and consistency that this great company usually offers.

Stay classy Colby, KS. Just went in for less than 10 minutes to get a coffee and use the restroom. I didn't want my car to get too hot. Someone threw their cigarette butt through a crack in my window. Even the baristas were weird. Never stepping foot in here. I rather drive straight through on i70 and remind myself I can find Jesus at every 5 mile marker of billboards.

This is not a corporate store so some things that you may be used to at your home store may not be applicable here (like starbucks card free drink refills etcetera).

This Starbucks is part of a big truck stop off Interstate 70, which makes it a nice place to take a break when traveling. I got a vanilla bean frap and my wife had a strawberry smoothie. Both were good and tasted like what you would expect from a Starbucks. There were three people working who were pleasant but not overly friendly. Considering where this place is located, it seems to be ran pretty well. Will I remember or brag about this place to others? No. But I have no complaints either.

Stopped here for a drink last night. The facility was clean and nice. We got our orders fairly quickly. However, I was looking forward to having a double chocolate chip frappe, and this place did not offer that. I understand it's a truck stop location, but more offerings would have been nice.

They wouldn't redeem my Starbucks reward for age drink. They said they weren't a corporate store. Sorry,your signs days Starbucks so you need to be able to do any other Starbucks can. They were rude when I said I didn't want my drink. Go to another one!

Non fat all milk Chai is where it's at! Nice place for coffee in Colby! If you're on a long drive in between KS and Colorado I recommend stopping here.

Starbucks, I love thee. I am a devoted, slavish fan. It made me absolutely happy that in the middle of almost nowhere, a gen-u-wine Starbucks was in (of all things!) a truck stop, but there it was and woo-hoo! I was there in a Colby, KS version of a New York minute every morning. When you're the only game in town, what more is there to say?
