The managers are awesome, friendly and eager to serve in changing screen, come out to check on the patrons, etc. The screens are all HD. Lots of projectors. I love the PLACE. The only negative is sometimes the waiter takes too long to get drink refills.

Service was horrible. The manager to was rude. I just can't even come up with the words. This is the worst B W 3 I have been in.

Nine of us employees went here for lunch. The service was poor and some of the food orders were wrong. The waitress did offer to correct the food, but we don't have much time over our lunch hour. to spend waiting for another order of food. With other restaurants in Warsaw, we will not be back to this one.

Staff was friendly, courteous, and prompt. My glass was never empty. The food was great and so was the beer. A multitude of beers on tap and in bottles. The manager Megan stopped to check on me several times to ensure I was being taken care of. Megan was very polite, courteous, professional, and friendly. A great place to watch a game and have a beer and some food or even bring the family for an evening out. For some one from out of town they made me feel right at home. BBW is definitely on my list to stop at when passing through Warsaw. Thanks for a wonderful night. It was exactly what I needed.

While Buffalo Wild Wings in Warsaw has been consistent, disappointingly it's been at overpromising and underdelivering. I consider myself rather loyal to BWW; however, my experiences at the Warsaw location have been only those full of disappointment. From sending me out the door with blue cheese dressing (to which I am allergic) to long waits for to-go orders (consistently ready anywhere from 20-40 minutes after my promised pick-up time). While I like their wings (when they get the order correct), this location is unreliable if you're on a schedule or planning to-go orders for a large group. Not once has my order been ready when I arrive (aka, on time), and I'm often told that the good news is that at least my order will be fresh. As a side note, I'd expect nothing less than fresh, and it'd be best if it's fresh and on time. I've spoken with a manager at this location about my experiences and will gladly consider revising my review if I have more positive experiences in the future. Fingers crossed... I'm a hopeful realist with a decent tendency toward optimism! I genuinely want BWW in Warsaw to meet the corporate standards I'm accustomed to and that our community deserves.

I love BW3's. We have been a huge fan of the franchise long before they came to Indiana. However the Warsaw location is sub-par at best. The seating arrangement is absolute bollocks. Let me list some my gripes. Several of the tables have no view of a TV, yet they have a projector basically in the lobby. Service is spotty. You are constantly chasing flies off your food despite making this known to the manager, this has been an ongoing problem for several months now. Tonight however was the final straw. I ordered smoky southwestern wings took a bite and immediately my mouth was aflame. Ice, ranch, rubbing my tongue with a napkin, nothing helped. The server was very nice about and apologized profusely he tried one of the wings himself and said apparently the labels must have got switched in the kitchen. Some illiterate boob put the fire sauce on my wings. My mouth is still numb 2 hours later. No manager came to my table or anything. Take it or leave it Warsaw its the only decent chance at a wing you've got.
