Ambience is mediocre like any other bww franchise. Service has been pretty good last couple of times. Food wise it's like Russian roulette in the break room, last nights meal was actually good well the nachos was at least and my drink was pretty refreshing(blue mosa). They did forget my side slaw and no they never brought it and yes later on when I got home is when I realized it and looked at my receipt. If you want a sportesque bar to go to this is it in this town.

This is a gamble every single time. There are some great servers/bartenders, and then they are some absolutely atrocious employees that I'd boycott the entire corporation over. Food varies, but is usually on par with other BWW locations.

Food is just as good as the other BWW's but the service is terrible unless you sit at the bar. Both the bartenders I have had wait on me me were friendly and attentive. Any time I have sat at a table though the server was terrible no matter who it was. One time I was by myself and they asked if I'd be okay sitting at the bar and I almost said yes until I noticed there was one seat at the bar between two strangers so I said I'd rather not. You would have thought I just slapped the hostess from the look she gave me. They weren't even busy, it was all the people at the bar and 2 other tables.

I gave four stars because I love Bdubs in general. This restaurant wasn't bad in my opinion. Sometimes it is hard to get a seat when there is a big crowd but I have managed to just the times when to go pretty well. In all not a bad place to spend your money.

Seating is lacking, so expect a wait if you're going at a peak time. Service is a mixed bag. Sometimes good, but sometimes not. I generally get the boneless wings with honey BBQ. I've never had any problems with the food here.

I avoid going to Bdubs. It is always so freaking crowded and loud. I can never actually have a conversation with whoever I am with! It is so loud I have to scream at them. The service is horrible. Have to yell at them to when ordering. And I only like hmm about 1 1/2 things here. :/ And it's not super cheap for what it is. It needs to be. Oh and I don't know if they are still the manager, but ha I wouldn't want that certain person anywhere near my food because this person lived in my apartment complex (cough cough, horrible to kid, cough cough, drug dealing, cough cough, just disgusting)

As others have stated, the service is terrible. Literally every time we go here, which is about once a month (more during football season), something on our order is wrong. The last time we went, it took 10 minutes for the waitress to clear off our table, a couple that sat down 15 after us got their food 5 minutes before us, and also we never got our appetizer. That was probably our worst waitress experience, but previous times are pretty similar. Even though the serving is bad, the atmosphere at B-Dubs is great with lots of sports showing. But, they dont have HD on some of the projection TVs, which is weird, so you have to watch the smaller TVs to actually see the score. So, because we like the food, we keep coming back, but still get the bad service.
