I'm addicted to the caramel blasts they make here, they are made perfect here. The staff is very nice at this branch and always does a great job on my drinks. I usually go here in the evenings now but used to when I would come in the mornings there was a kid that worked almost everyday that was always high as a kite that just wondered around while everyone else was working laughing to himself. He was always entertaining to watch while my drink got made.

The donuts just don't measure up to that of Krispy Kreme or other local establishments. I bought a cappuccino here and ended up throwing it out. Considering the price of it, I was not pleased to have to waste it, but the taste was horrible. Next time I might just try the coffee if I go back. I've found several other donut shops I prefer so it may be awhile before I'm back.

CAUTION: as of 9/7/2014 there is an unaddressed bee problem inside the store; if you are allergic (or afraid) stick to the drive-thru!!! Here is my experience as submitted to the Dunkin' Donuts website: Today I visited the store for coffee. I went inside. While waiting in line, several other customers and I noticed the considerable bee problem inside the front windows. We counted over 10 bees including the one that flew into the neck of the customer in front of me. He was not pleased (none of us were); when he reached the counter, he mentioned the problem to the cashier. She replied with, " you are about the 20th customer who mentioned that--if you don't bother them they will not bother you." Beside her disinterested attitude, I found it very unnerving that the staff was not concerned with a pest problem INSIDE the store. More than that, as someone who is deathly-allergic to bees I find that a hostile environment. Not to mention the fact that if I was stung, an ambulance would have to be called and my life would be in jeopardy. I find it very disturbing that the staff and management do not take the health or comfort of their customers seriously. As far as the food/drinks go, they did not get my latte right and the donuts are not particularly fresh. But, the staff would be my reason to stay away.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Dunkin Donuts, but the customer service at this one has just dive bombed. They have major issues with getting orders correctly, move at a snail's pace, and never say thank you or please. Just a group of kids who don't seem to give a you-know-what. The Starbucks staff across town is world's better.

I go here every morning and order the same thing: Medium Iced coffee with A LITTLE BIT of cream, and regular sugar. 9 times out of 10 they mess my order up. They add about 3 cups of creamer it seems like to my coffee every morning. If I wanted milk, I would order milk. Crap staff and Crap service. Waited 20 minutes the other morning for one iced coffee.
