Where do I begin. The first time I went in with my friends, the service was slow and the food took forever to come out. And the worst part was that it was not busy whatsoever. Very disappointing. The second time I went in, the waitress was new but very polite and kept apologizing about forgetting our refills. The third time, my friends and I decided to call in so we wouldn't have to deal with anything. But when we called in, my friend said the person on the phone was rude. When we went to pick our order, a waitress told us to go over to the bar to pay. We did as told and we sat down while we waited for the bartender to charge our bills, there was another worker who told us we couldn't sit down because we weren't over 21. I didn't see a problem with sitting down while waiting for 2 minutes. We were just waiting and the bartender was also being rude. Overall, the food is good, good enough to come back. But the service and employees are not worth the return.

I love BW3, but... Sad to say this location is consistently bad in most categories. Shelbyville has proven it can sustain a Chicken Wings sports bar, and sadly BW3 is the only one in town with a wide selection of sauces. After eating here 25+ times I can accurately say you will get poor service 65% of the time. Your food will be barley warm to cold about 65% of the time. You order will not come in 15 minutes as promised, but in about 55 minutes, 75% of the time, yes, it will be this slow. Your drinks will be refilled in 10 minutes after they are empty, 50% of the time. Your bill will be correct 75% of the time. When you need something, you will not see or be able to locate your server 50% of the time. Sadly this location's franchise only employs about 20% well trained staff. If they ever train the other 80%, this could be a 5 star rating. Despite all of this, the wings taste great and the many sauces are great (I've tried them all). The young female greeters / hostesses are usually cheery and friendly, but it all goes downhill from there. I have eaten here alone, and with groups up to 20 people, and phoned in carryout orders, always hit or miss service, but mostly miss with many of my non-hot wing loving friends saying they'll never be back here again. So, eat here if you're feeling lucky, and hopefully you'll have a good experience, but the odds are not in your favor.

Loud, lousy staff, wrong orders, service sub-standard. 92 decibels is too loud for a tv in a restaurant, even a beer and wing place during March madness. The staff was nice and our waitress was excellent at apologizing for her many mistakes - no silverware, wrong order, forgetting to bring refills after being asked 3 times. We will never eat at this location again.

We went late on a Saturday night. I thought the food was great! I got a steak wrap and the Molten Dip. I'll never forget that dip. I was super hungry and it hit the spot! It made me wonder why I don't visit chains more often. ;)

Ridiculously slow, and it wasn't even busy when we walked in! Our food was par- barely warm when we got it. Did I mention it was ridiculously slow?

This location is a joke. An hour just to get your order taken. Maybe hire a few more employees. Our "waitress" was completely rude. This was my experience last time, though I gave this restaurant another shot. Get it together.
