3.5 maybe? I just went there for St. Patrick's Day so the menu items aren't quite the same as normal menu items, but the corned beef was excellent. My friends had the corned beef and cabbage dinner and I had the sandwich - all of us were rather enjoying the food. One of us had a meatball sandwich as well, which I didn't try but he rather enjoyed and it looked excellent. The fries were also tasty. I had the holiday-special drink the Nutty Irishman, which was Bailey's and Frangelico on the rocks - quite tasty - but my friend had to ask for the garlic bread, which was listed on the menu as coming with his salad though they claimed they didn't serve it anymore, he did eventually get his garlic bread. The service was mediocre but it may have just been because of the busy holiday... however, I never got asked if I wanted another drink or anything. I'd go back but I'd hope for better service. Prices were extremely reasonable for the portions - my sandwich and chips were HUGE at $7.

The food is very good and the price is very competitive. The decor is a little dated but doesn't take away from the experience. Staff is friendly and the service is great!

I tried their smothered chicken on a Saturday night while waiting for the live band to start. It was dry, bland, and a tiny portion considering the price. Nice place to drink and watch some entertainment, but for dinner - FuGetaBoutIt!

I've got to agree w/previous poster. Food is okay but the service is absolutely horrible. Last time we went (around St. Pat's), it was the longest dinner on record. I had three teens w/me and we all were ready to bolt. The waitress actually brought our water, after our dinner, while we were waiting for the check. The food is not bad but in today's economy I will not stand for bad service on my only night out a week. Plenty of other places to choose from.

The competition was full down the street so we wandered in this little gem... First appearance is that of a "1970's hole in the wall..." Lighting is dark, unorganized, and could use a good cleaning. Have been here a few times and tried different items on the menu. The food is good, not the greasy bar food that is all too common. The service is poor no matter where you sit. They do not keep your drink full and you will find yourself sitting for 20 minutes without a drink. The bartenders are less then friendly unless perhaps you are a regular but when I observe them I question if they are friendly to anyone, actualy more on the rude side of customer service or lack there of. Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue could teach these bartenders a thing or two in customer service. The TV's are outdated. On one end of the bar is a small 20 inch'ish crooked monitor with poor visibility and no sound. The North side of the bar has one old crooked monitor, no sound and poor visibility. The south side of the bar has quite a few outdated monitors, small, poor visibility and bad sound. The bar needs a sports environment update, the middle of the bar helps the bad service because the bartenders can't work through the bar but have to constantly walk around the intrusive island. They need larger monitors with a good surround system and this bar will become a high traffic fun place "where everybody knows your name"! They "kick" it a little at night with a band, so now it's a confusing sports bar and night club... the only thing I know to correct this with out adding needed space would be to make the South side a sports bar and the North side a night club... Drinks and food per person is about $40. To leave this on a good note, all the food is good. But we need to see improvement so on the last thought, I'm a "big timer" when it come to bringing in friends, business clients and tipping, basically I like to live large and spread cheer. Until this establishment improves they are not getting my monster 100%+ tips, only the little average 15% tips and I'm not bringing anybody in... their loss not ours!

I'm giving this place the benefit of the doubt because I was there on St. Patricks day. Friends told us the food and service is normally decent. It really suffered this day though. The beer selection is crap. I stuck to mixed drinks which were good when I was able to beg a bartender to come by and make one. My Reuben was good but my poor friend was served a cold plate of corned beef that oddly looked and tasted like ham? We were also served about 15 minutes apart with no apology even though we ordered together and were obviously dining together. I will meet friends there if it's offered up to me. But I would never go out of my way for this place!

Food was fine but service left something to be desired. We reserved for a large group 2 weeks in advance and checked in with management a few days before our event but no tables were set aside in advance for us when we arrived. We waited 45 minutes for them to set up tables for our group. The 1 waitress on staff was overwhelmed and could not handle the crowd. The lucky ones in the group only waited 40 minutes for their food. Some of the group waited over 90 minutes for simple hamburger meal with fries. Previous to this we had a good experience where tables were ready for our reservation and service was fine (not fast but acceptable). Overall I blame this mistake on the management and credit our waitress with working as hard as she could, even though she was grossly overwhelmed. She continued to apologize for the delays in service.

I am only giving it two stars because the first time I went, I LOVED IT! The service was great, the wings were enormous and the entrees were plentiful and of great quality! However, I went back a second time and got sicker than I ever have after a meal. I found an uncooked french fry in my french onion soup, the beefeater sandwich (or something like that) was a pile of grease, the wings were grotesque and made me feel like I was eating WingStreet from Pizza Hut. Save yourself a trip and just go elsewhere. I will NOT be going back.

This is a local Bar and restaurant with live music. I felt like I was at home while there, a band was there Say yes. The dance floor was full every record. People there always invited me to dance. I thought that was great. The next time I went when the band was there and it was the same dance dance and more dancing.

Food was poor and the service was worse. Then some lady came in and asked for the music to be turned down and the tv turned up. The staff did this w/o any regard for the rest of the customers. The whole dinner experience was weird. Not going back.

Great service! Good quality food. None of the corporate crappy food you get from the franchises. I had the shrimp and lobster poor boy. Excellent!
