Really great food. They have a huge menu of stuff to order. I got the Ham and Bean Monday special. The cornbread and beans were great. Others got liver and onions and they were very happy. Very large portions not a large price. Would have given 5 stars but my potatoes were way over cooked and their WiFi was password protected. I had no cell signal there so I couldn't do a check in. Open the WiFi and cook the potatoes less *****

Going down Rt 36 and saw all the cars in the parking lot so we stopped for Sunday lunch. What a great idea! The service was quick, the menu extensive , the price very reasonable- $17 for the 2 of us. Be sure to stop if you are near.

Been at least twice and had breakfast both times with no disappointments. Kids and my husband all enjoyed their selections, staff was friendly, restaurant clean and most tables were full. Definitely one of the best mom & pop places around.

Breakfast food aka Benjamin 's skillet and greek skillet were good. The cheeseburger was a frozen patty and not good. The ketchup was one made from corn syrup and gross. Waitress seemed too busy to refill my coffee. So I recommend it for the breakfast food because the cook's did a good job but not much else. Father-in-law had the Steak and Eggs on Friday and he loved it!

4 Stars because no place is perfect. However, we've been to the Covered Bridge Festival twice and have eaten at Benjamin's both times. The servers are great, well mannered, very social and friendly and work hard to give you good service and believe me the place is busy during the festival. The food we've ordered is just as described, served as quickly as possible with such a crowd, and the prices are also good. We really enjoyed the place and enjoyed the servers we been blessed to have. All in all I'd say if you're in Rockville, IN you won't go wrong visiting Benjamin's Restaurant. Give it a try I think you'll agree.

We've visited the past 5 years during the Covered Bridge festival. We love it. We've never had any issues with this place. The food is good, large portion especially for the price. I end up getting their pasta dishes a lot and end up having something left for at the hotel later. You can't really go wrong though!

The place kind of reminds you of a Denny's when entering, and the menu is similar. The food, however, is quite a bit worse than Denny's. All the entrees are obviously pre-frozen things, and their specials are very overcooked. The portions are good sized for the price, but with the low-quality food/taste, you are not going to want to eat the whole thing. The service was ok, and it has a small town atmosphere if that is what you're going for. However, I wouldn't suggest going here for the food.

There was a live fly at the bottom of my salad and my cucumber tasted like chemicals. Hostess replaced the side salad, but seriously restaurant owners, maybe you should take it off the bill. Kids never got drink refills. Probably won't go back. Nothing special.
