This was my first Dairy Queen ever. It felt funny standing in line last night because I was so much taller than the shelf at the window, and I could barely see over it the first time I remember being there. It was rather humid last night and after the fried dough pizza thingee at the fair, I wanted something to take the edge off the heat. Since I recently had a pineapple milk shake at the west side DQ, I thought I would try that at this location. Strangely, the medium was smaller than the medium at the other location but at $2.77 wasn't cheaper. The taste wasn't bad but it was much thinner, except for the pieces of pineapple. I suspect that the woman behind the window was indifferent, indicated by her voice anyway, and just wanted to get everyone out of the way, so she could talk to her cousin.
