This is a place at which I've eaten many times! I have always had a great experience but I have to say that the 3 star rating comes because of their smoking policy. They still allow smoking in the bar. I say, come on, get with the times and make your smokers go outside to smoke! I caught a whiff from time to time during my meal and I find this unacceptable! I don't want to smell cigarette smoke during a meal. It is disgusting. That aside, the food is terrific and the hot sauces spectacular. Once they catch up with the times on their smoking policy, they will get more stars.

Bad. The poppers, the fried pickles, and yes, the boneless chicken.

Ate dinner here after a long day of business travel. The bar side was full; the restaurant side was pretty open. The waiter was super nice. My boss and I both had burgers, which were both cooked well (not under done). This place was close to the Hampton Inn where we stayed (walking distance). One of the owners stopped by our table to see if we enjoyed our meal. Everything we had was good.

Delicious boneless wings, good crunch super tender juicy chicken. I especially loved the roasted garlic hot sauce!

Took 45 mins to get our food. Food was over cooked and made poorly. Don't come between shift changes. Management is very unprofessional.

Good wings. Good service. Huge menu! We had the bonesless wings and they were tasty. The fried pickles were great while hot bit just so so after cooled (as most are). We come here fairly often and are never disappointed.

Been here twice in the last week. Their boneless wings grilled are absolutely delicious. I've had 4 flavors and all were good. I can't stop eating the pita chips they have as a side. Served with some sort of spices on them, and irresistible. Service has been very good both times, too. I'm staying at the Hampton Inn and they do 10% off for hotel guests, so be sure to mention it!

This was not a good experience. We walked into an empty restaurant and it still took them 45 mins to get our food to us. They forgot one of our meals and had to wait another 10 mins for that one. Asked for the manager and took him 10 mins to come to our table because he was too busy doing inventory than to take care of the customers. Food was satisfactory but not worth the money we paid. Will not return.

Food is very good, Tammy the Manager is dedicated to making this place a success, she knows what customers want and tries to provide it. Christine, Tina and the rest of the staff are very attentive to customers needs. A great value for the money, more of a family sports restaurant.

My first one star rating! I really don't like this place. I only visit here now if people I'm with insist on eating here. But I don't think I've ever had a good experience dining here. Please allow me to share my most memorable experience here: I work across town, so I would never consider eating lunch here. I know I would never make it back to work in an hour. However, one day I got a random email from them about this new "Lightning lunch" promo. They had a condensed menu that you could order from and they guaranteed you could be in and out in 30 minutes. Too good to pass up right? I went, ordered from their lightning lunch menu, and waited more than 30 minutes for my food. By the time they delivered it I just asked for them to box it up because I had to go. I remained pleasant, because I was a little skeptical that they would be able to pull this off. However, the real kicker to this story is the visit from the manager after we asked for our boxes. He blamed us for not being able to be out in time and said something along the lines of "If you only have a half hour for lunch you should phone your order in ahead of time." Excuse me? Why are you advertising "in and out in 30 minutes" then? I rechecked my email when I returned to work and found nothing about phoning in your order ahead of time. Don't blame me for you not being able to meet your advertisement expectations.

My husband and I eat here on a regular basis and we've never had a bad experience. The food is awesome especially since they rolled out a new menu about a year ago. They still have the same wings though and we prefer their sauces over B Dubs. They're so yummy and are even served in classy dishware. We've always had timely, friendly service and the beers are always nice and cold. I'm surprised that there are so many bad reviews and that it doesn't get more business. It always seems kinda dead when we go in. Guess the B Dubs down the street is just more hipster.

Since the renovations, this place has vastly improved. The interior looks fresh, modern, clean and inviting, such a stark contrast to the way it had been previously. Food is pretty darn good. The burger is quality all around, generously portioned and tastes fresh. If getting a salad, try it with their home made blue cheese dressing- heck order it on the side for your French fries. I had a French fry appetizer with bacon and cheese toppings (ran a marathon later that day...heh heh), it was decadently delicious. Just about everything I have ordered here has been satisfyingly great. One of the nicer restaurants in Richmond.
