I had a very lazy barista make me a "coffee." I stop in at 9pm traveling on my way home and find the Starbucks completely empty with three baristas standing around. I order a grande Americano thinking it will be great since there is no rush. It was atrocious. I have never had any other Starbucks cut more corners and serve a crappy coffee flavored cup of water. There are many other Starbucks along this road and I recommend you take a few extra minutes to drive to any other location.

Five Stars for Starbucks. Two stars for the average of approxmately 30% of the drinks I get from here taste funny. I prefer the Starbucks by the Tollway.

I hate all of my self righteous and arrogant qualities but I will linger for the best triple espresso ever.

This Starbucks is right off the highway and across from a gas station, making it the perfect place to stop and fill up yourself and your vehicle. I did this every time I drove through. It didn't hurt that there was a Star Dash going on one weekend (bonus stars for 'bux cardholders), which served as extra incentive to pull over at this exit for gas. There is ample outdoor seating, which I unfortunately didn't get to enjoy but that, plus my drinks not being screwed up, earn it four stars. Service was meh. The baristas didn't seem thrilled, but they delivered what I ordered, and there is a clean bathroom. The first time I stopped here was pretty hilarious, though -- Every person in line ahead of me would have easily topped the list of "Most Annoying Starbucks Customers." Super-specific orders, last minute changes while and then after paying, buying a mug - just a mug, no coffee (who does that?!) and then having it gift-wrapped, little kids running with chocolate milk from the cooler... Glad I wasn't in a terrible hurry. (That may have been slightly laced with sarcasm, but I ended up laughing in my head more than screaming, so all was well. :))

This Starbucks is just off the expressway, therefore it is treated like a rest stop. I sat in here for about an hour and watched several people enter the store, walk straight to the bathroom and leave without purchasing anything. The women's bathroom was filthy. The garbage was overflowing and full of visibly used feminine products. This Starbucks seriously needs to have a lock on the bathroom door to which only paying customers can access the key. The store was not very busy while I was in there. As I stated, the majority of traffic was people coming in to use the bathroom, so I was kind of surprised by the state of the place. Every table and chair was covered in crumbs and the whole place was a mess. The only reason why I am giving this Starbucks two stars is because the cashier was very friendly. Will someone please open an independent coffee shop in Portage?

This is a very busy Starbucks as it is conveniently located right off the highway. Service is always friendly and they have healthy lunch options, which I really appreciate! I had a little salad bowl with chicken, quinoa, corn, and black beans - pretty good! And the iced peach green tea lemonade is delicious. The bathrooms weren't that clean though the last time I was there, out of toilet paper and wastebaskets overstuffed. But I still stop here basically every time I leave Chicago!

Totally adequate for a road-side Starbucks. When we stopped in mid-June, it was aggressively air conditioned to the point that the iced beverage I was craving no longer seemed like a good idea by the time I got to the front of the line. Regardless, I left a happy and frappuccino-ed girl, and will no doubt stop at this conveniently located caffeine pit-stop along 94 on a future trip.

I love this Starbucks! I pass it on my way to work in the morning so I often stop for a beverage and I am always greeted by the happiest of baristas! I know a Starbucks is basically the same thing everywhere, but I feel like the service here is top of the line!
