Run! They closed the nice buffet, said it moved to the Koffee Haus, which is behind the building where Essen Haus was. No more buffet, food supposed to be same but definitely NOT, 1 waitress so service amazingly slow and poor, and food took forever to arrive. Any place would be better. The three couples we spoke to inside said its their first and last trip. Save your money.

A plain old Amish buffet. Usually a few different main dishes, always accompanied by noodles, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, corn, and a big ol' chunk of bread. And then another plate full of the things you missed the first time around, and a case full of pie slices to choose from at the end. I have to eat here at least once every time I'm back home again in Indiana.

Amish Buffet with fried chicken, roast beef, mashed potatoes, corn, noodles, beans, cornbread and bread. One side is just salad bar fixings. A mirrored case has different pies like coconut and chocolate. My fave was the cinnamon bread pudding and the chicken. They sell some bakery items separate.

This was a terrible experience. Waitstaff offered no help and little smiles. The food was absolutely deplorable, unseasoned and a disaster. Most food seamed like it was microwaved. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds :(
