Service is really poor. Went there twice and the servers were rude both times. No one was smiling or friendly at all. I might be willing to over look it if the food was exceptional, but its average at best. Coldstone or Handel's will get my money.

As a resident of Noblesville I take supporting local businesses to heart as does our family but hearing family members not once but four times tell me how rude they were treated both over the phone and in person for asking about flavors I feel it's time to speak the truth so that maybe management will take notice. Customer service is paramount esp if you're a seasonal business. Product stands on its own but it's a shame its hidden behind clientele who'd rather rush you thru than promote the brand and its quality. If management wants to take note maybe they should send some friends or neighbors thru occasionally to do a spot check

It's good, but not great. For having a decent number of staff, it's pretty slow. The custard is good quality, but better can be had at the always-busy Graeter's nearby or Handel's in Carmel. We typically come here when we're in a pinch for some ice cream and the other places won't work out...we're not regulars here, so I can't vouch for the service.

Good local spot for custard. Not overly fancy, but the custard is good. Some food options, but not full service. Good location near several entertainment options including bowling and mi nature golf. Convenient to several neighborhoods.

I'm going to disagree with folks on the flavor issue here...I tried the Cookies & Cream, Butterscotch and Black Walnut and all three were outstanding! Really incredible flavors, truly dreamy texture - just very pleased with the taste. I also had some wonderful service here...super friendly and fast...so I really had to share my great experience in the hopes that your visit here is just as great as mine was. This was my first visit...and I am already planning the next one!

I'll echo many of the comments here. Custard was good. Really creamy, but flavor just ok. Staff not very friendly and service extremely slow.

Nothing like custard on a beautiful day. Amazing food and custard. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they have a $5 credit card minimum, and most things are below $5. Which forces you to buy 2 things if you don't have cash.

I love the idea of this place...it falls short in several areas, but the overall atmosphere and quality of the custard is what has kept me coming back to try other menu creations and flavors... they have different homemade custard flavors every day. not just vanilla, but chocolate, strawberry, birthday cake, mango, raspberry, etc etc they are creamy and delicious. there is not chocolate dip here! wth?!?! i can't believe an ice cream stand that does not do chocolate dips. when i ask for sprinkles, they are skimpy. I am a 5 year old at heart and like lots and lots of rainbow sprinkles. especially because they're an extra as a topping.... there are a few sundaes i want to try - the almond joy, mainly. they do a version of a DQ blizzard and I have been telling myself this will be the next treat I order here.... Its the most fun to come here when the weather is nice and sit outside at their tables and enjoy your treat. Or, take it to go and drive over to Coner Prarie and hear the ISO! **$5 minimum on card charges**

Some good things but mostly bad. Really sub par service. Decent prices. Custard has a lovely texture but not great flavor. Irish cream cappuccino tastes terrible.

I was searching for good custard and didn't want to go the traditional fast food route. This place was located not too far away so we tried it. Nearly $7 for a banana split that was not plentiful and $3.50 for a root beer float. Good treats, fair pricing.

It's a great lil custard stand in Noblesville. A favorite by the locals during the summer. The place carry a variety of flavors although they're known by their combination stapes. You can see them inside the store plasted all over the walls. They have a drive thru though it's somewhat slow. Actually, really slow. So skip the drive thru and just park, and order outside he stand. Then, enjoy this thick blizZard like dish in one of their outside tables.

I completely disagree with other reviews. The staff were nice. Really nice! The ice cream was terrible. Go across the street to the Speedway and you can do better. We both ordered the strawberry swirl with birthday cake coating. Where do I begin? It was really just vanilla custard with a few frozen strawberries jammed in there (no pun intended. Ok, there was some pun intended). I can easily go to Kroger and buy a tub of ice cream and frozen strawberries and open "The New Custard Stand" and there is a better than good chance it will taste more flavorful. The birthday cake coating was a puddle on my ice cream and it looked like someone didn't shake the bottle. The cone was flat out terrible. At least save the calories and get the cup because it tastes the cardboard will taste the same. I feel bad bashing a family business, but this is just a poor mans Handels. Handels all the way. It's like picking the neighborhood kid to start instead of Andrew Luck. You do the math.

Interesting concept for a drive thru... Look at the board and then drive up yo the window and order in person. Slowest service ever since there was ONE car in front of us. We ordered an Oreo blizzard type of item and a banana split. Was expecting the Oreos to be present in a chunky format. Instead it looked like they were a cookie powder dispersed evenly throughout the mix. The banana split only had 2 banana pieces in it and we had to hunt for them. It was called a banana split right? Unfortunately for them, there are a few better options very close by that have better service and banana splits that contain a split banana.
