I spoke with the manager on duty tonight to explain this situation and told him I would be leaving a negative review as well. I truly hope the review is helpful so that they can improve their business and be successful. To be clear, this review is regarding the service received when attempting to use a Groupon deal. It is not related to the quality of food as we never actually purchased the food. I'll keep it as brief as I can. I purchased a Groupon deal for a $20 Domino's voucher. I ordered through the Domino's iOS app and my wife went to pick up the meal on her way home. The cashier wanted to charge her an additional nine or ten dollars on top of what we were expecting to pay after the Groupon voucher. When my wife explained that we should only pay half of that amount after the voucher was applied, the cashier said that the Groupon couldn't apply orders with coupons. To be clear, we didn't have any other paper coupons and we didn't use any coupon codes on the order. But, even if we had, the Groupon voucher did not state anything like this in the Terms and Conditions. My wife explained this and even showed him the Groupon voucher which she had with her. The cashier still wouldn't budge, so she asked for a manager. The cashier told her that he couldn't come because he was busy. By this point, my wife had texted me - I asked her to not purchase the pizza and to just leave instead. I called in as soon as she arrived home to explain what had happened. I asked for the manager and confirmed with the person who came to the phone that he was the manager on duty. I asked him to show me where on the voucher it limited how the $20 amount could be spent. He said he didn't have that information on him right now. I calmly (I think) explained that it was not okay that my wife came to pick up a meal with our two-month-old baby in 10 degree weather and had to deal with this. I pointed out that we weren't trying to rip off Domino's and that even if there was some ambiguity in the wording of the deal, he should have admitted as much and recognized the circumstances of the situation and make an exception to do right by a customer. Instead, for the amount of $9, a family will likely not be going back to this location any time soon, if ever. I hope this review is helpful to others as well as to the owner and managers.

I received a call from the store manager shortly after my posting on here.. We discussed the problem he told me that he was going to refund my money for the order and also give me a store credit So I can reorder my previous order and hopefully that it would be hot and delivered in a timely matter. I have yet to see my refund so I guess the management can't even follow through on their word.

I eat Dominos a lot my self. By far one of, if not the best Dominos I've had. Always have great service, food is always beyond delicious and fresh, and their delivery times are remarkable! My food was here within about 10-15 minutes of ordering it. Its so fresh I am letting it cool down, while I write this review! Keep it up!!

Not sure if my taste has changed, as I remember eating Domino's every week in college, but this is just not good pizza in 2010. This location even comes off a little dirty, and the staff was outside smoking in the front parking lot. Not a fan!

For the longest time Domino's sucked. We reluctantly tried it about 2 years ago and it still sucked. We tried again tonight and the technology to order the pizza is the most impressive I've seen. We saw where the pizza was each step of the way. It got delivered to us really fast, and FINALLY Domino's pizza is palatable. I might even stretch and say it's good as compared to it's competitors.
