This Starbucks is still pretty new...about a year old. I have always been anti Starbucks, preferring local businesses if I'm paying for expensive coffee. BUT I will go out of my way to hit this Starbucks. It's location is convenient compared to the local owned shops that I love but that's not why I keep coming back. The service is amazing. They are very polite when. Taking orders. Some coffee baristas especially at Starbucks have been irritable when you don't know coffee lingo or the menu well. This location has very thoughtful, kind, and personable employees. One man in particular has been working everytime I've been and has been such a pleasure. He makes me leave in a great mood. He's never too pushy or happy....he just makes the customers have a great experience. I've watched him with others too and he treats everyone so well. My experiences with the other staff in this location have been awesome as well. This is the only Starbucks I enjoy going to!

Always my go-to Starbucks location. They're nice and prompt with orders but that's just the beginning. This location is one of the few with a Clover machine and the reserve coffees. If you like a good cup of black coffee, go with a reserve in the Clover. Essentially an upside down vacuum french press, the Clover makes an amazing cup of coffee and its just cool to watch.

I always go to this Starbucks to do homework and always treat myself to a good Frapuccino or green tea. The staff is downright personable with them singing to the radio out loud, having fun, and making you feel welcome. I have never had a bad experience with this Starbucks and on occasion was treated with free food as a gift to those in the shop. If you're looking for a comfortable atmosphere where you can enjoy your time getting work done or just lounging around, this is a good place to start.

This location is fairly new. The atmosphere is semi dark and I was informed they used recycled wood. There are booths (4) in addition to a few tables and a bar to sit at. The baristas were friendly and even though they were not familiar with my order, took the time to make it right.

Worst ever Starbucks! Apparently shift change means drinks get made however they want and when you ask them to correct it, they get snotty and tell you that they didn't take your order. Still don't have the correct drink but I'm not interested in going back to deal with the attitude of the chick in drive-thru. A $5.30 drink should be made right the first time and if it isn't, it shouldn't be a big deal to do it right. Sorry I bothered you to do your jobs!

This Starbucks is fairly new & exterior is pretty impressive but the interior is nothing but filthy. Female bathroom was like, wow, disgusting and reflects their employees' hygiene practice. I used to come through the drive through and did not realize how dirty this place was. And they use Dean's milk... Not expected from their over priced cup of latte. Yes, I love Starbucks and I have been to the Starbucks in Kuwait and across the United States, but Dean's milk? Yikes. I think twice about ordering a cup of Starbucks latte in Midwest.

Always polite staff, prompt with the drinks, consistency in the drinks, food is always well-stocked, and it's a great place to study. My wife and I come here almost every single Sunday to study and do homework...oh and of course get some drinks and a snack.
