Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Moe's catered our team lunch today and it was great! The restaurant is close to our office and we also go there for lunch. God food at a good price.

I swore I had eaten here before, but had no recollection once I went through the order process process. LOL either way I enjoyed my "first" experience. I had a ground beef stack. First time trying something like this. Loved the mix of textures in this thing. Hubby had three different tacos and liked all three. It was a little more expensive then anticipated but when we saw that we got tortilla chips on the side and with a variety of self serve salsas we forgot the price. I loves the tomatillo salsa. So good. Not so in love with the mango habanero salsa though. Tasted like a sprite slurpee. That was weird. So, yes we'd go back when we're in a "it's nearby and want something quick and easy, that isn't a costco hot dog (because those are always awesome)" mood.

Moe's catered lunch for us today. Their food is always fresh and delicious. I really like their black beans and their chips are awesome! Their catering is very fairly priced and the food tasted as good as if I had been in the restaurant.

Moe's catered a business meeting for us recently....can't say YUM enough times! They brought tacos, chips, and burritos and all of the fixings to make a delicious plate. I also appreciate the fact that they provided more than enough plates, napkins, and forks. Thanks Moes!

Great catering, excellent food, and great service. What else could you ask for? Their chips and salsa are the best and service is always good.

Okay, I mean, we are talking burritos, nachos, tacos, etc. But I have never had a bad experience at Moe's. The people who work there are nice. We go enough that I would say we're quasi-regulars. It's reasonably priced. They have a nice salsa selection. It certainly blows Chipotle out of the water. It was and is our "go to" place for something quick & casual. Also, my son loves it.

This isn't really Mexican food, so don't expect that. It's Americanized tacos, burritos, etc., given names that are references to Seinfeld. I take it for what it is and enjoy it. After all, they've got a salsa bar! I also appreciate that Moe's doesn't pack cilantro into everything (unlike some similar quickie taco joints).

The food is really good, especially for a chain. You can go with more traditional type tacos or mix it up with any condiment or garnish they have available. A full lunch will probably cost $1 or $2 more than at a "real" taco joint. The service is pretty ho-hum and they kinda give the impression you are distracting them from their break. By itself the food is probably 5 stars. The fact it is a chain, is as cozy as a fast food place, costs a little too much, and has below average service only brings it down one star. Though the location is very annoying, I will go there again and often due to its proximity, but my heart is always with Ricky's Taqueria in Elkhart.

As far as fast "Tex-Mex," it's great and reasonably priced. I go here a lot (2/week for years) and the service is almost always pretty good. It brings me back again and again and again. What else can I say? It's like a less intense version of Chipotle (which I also love, but they are so different I go to both places all of the time).

One of my favorite places. Had it in Florida a couple years ago. Just saw we have one in Mishawaka now. I was so excited! Love their nachos...:)
