I asked for tea- it's 2 ingredients (basically). How, can anyone screw that up??? Well these baristas certainly did..... They put such hot water in my cup that the tea bags had burst, completely ruining the drink and making it undrinkable!! I was on the road and couldn't even go back - talk about a waste of time and money! I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Went to get a smores frap and rather them tell me they didn't have all of the proper ingredients they shoved something out the window with whip cream and a bitter chocolate hoping by the time I took my first sip i would be too far to turn around and complain. They were right ugh $5 down the drain. Class is up merrillville Starbucks!!!!

This Starbucks is always busy but the staff is polite and still manages to remember who the regulars are--including our drinks. The interior seating could be better. Always feels a little cramped. There is outdoor seating for the warmer days. Music here has never been obnoxious and the coffee is always good.

This is my own little Cheers~ everyone knows my name! The staff is really excellent & friendly here. They take the time to look at you, not through you, which I must say is quite refreshing. Most of the baristas even remember my order~ how cool is that? The seating is really good here too: They've got spots for large groups, cozy couples and small friend gatherings. There's even outside seating when weather permits. The music here is ever-changing and Wi-fi is free of charge. It's located outside Westfield Mall (the old Southlake Mall) next to the Tilted Kilt & Kohl's. (Just off Mississippi & US 30). Not to bad to get to but parking can be tight sometimes. The only negative for me is the lack of Vegan food options. As far as desserts~ nothing! The oatmeal (made with soy), some granola bars & snackage are the only vegan foods here since they got rid of the noodle bento box :(

Drive through service is terrible. In line with. 1 car in front and have been here 10 minutes. Not worth the wait. Need to speed up the process. I thought maybe they had to harvest the beans first.

On my way down south, none of the Starbucks at the oasis were open so I came off 65 and used the app to hunt this down. I went through the drive thru, so it was my entire experience however, I did take note the were extremely friendly and the service was fast. I will probably skip the oasis on my trips down south a couple times a year and seek this location out. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Lately they've been forgetting little things like no whip. And for some reason, every straw they give me is always cracked up the side. Good baristas who make a great latte though.

Dependable, healthy snacks along with quick pick me ups are my favorites. Waters, coffees, juices, nuts, cookies and candies are just some of my favorites.

Rude and careless. I waited 10-15 minutes for my drink while people kept coming, ordering and going, and the staff acted like I'm invisible. When I finally approached to ask about it, they acted like I was a new customer. When I explained I was given no apology but a scenario that someone else must have grabbed it. Well, I was there, waiting for it and it never showed up, but I didn't go there to argue and so I kept my comments to myself and I will vote with my feet.
