Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Fast, decent price, friendly service. This place is OK in my book, it's definitely nothing special but a good quick Chinese food place. Not GREAT as a dine in but the drive thru is FAST!

We eat here far too often but it is my son's favorite fast food place and works in a pinch. I often come through the drive thru. I usually get the same girl and she is great. Very quick, sweet and never leaves anything out. I have eaten in a few times and it is not as smooth...the lines tend to back up and the dine in line is not as full or fresh.

Spoiled as I am by REAL Chinese restaurants in the city where everything is made fresh from scratch, this was not as bad as I thought it would be. I ordered Orange Chicken as it seemed to be their most popular dish (largest bin and two of the three individuals in line in front of me ordered it) and the "new" dish, Samurai Surf & Turf, with a side of fried brown rice. The orange chicken wasn't half bad though seemed cooked from frozen nuggets not fresh. The "surf and turf" consisted of 2 shrimp, 4 pieces of very poor quality beef, a few green bean pieces, a few chunks of potato, 2 thin strips of red pepper all in a very salty greasy sauce that made it barely edible. The "fried" rice was the most disappointing in that the dish did not seem to have been FRIED at all!! The vegetable bits in the fried rice appeared to also have come from the freezer. My advice; unless you are starving, pass this place by and save your money for the real thing.

I liked the food. Could have been hotter but it was tasty and fresh. I like the concept of fast food Chinese but the holding temperature needs to be better. Great price. Bare bones dining room but I will be back!

Pretty good. It's always nice and clean in there, which I can't say enough about. It's not real Chinese food, obviously. But for a fast meal that can be decent for you depending on what you choose, it ain't bad.
