The quality & Svc has gone down. Unless its just this store. Maybe if the manager or owner can cut down on all of the access staff than he can offer napkins & cups. Ridiculous for $$$8 buck sandwich That was made incorrectly. Oh well keep up this type of customer Svc & yur be closing. Watch.

I LOVE Jimmy John's but this place is a dump and the staff is straight up ghetto (I mean that in attitude). I drive out of my way when I'm in this area to go to Potbelly's down the road, sorry. This is a typical example of either a lack of ownership presence, or just downright bad management which will cause this place's owner to lose his investment unfortunately.

I love Jimmy John's! The sandwiches are great. The service is fast! And usually the service is exciting as well. You could usually walk into a Jimmy John's and feel the excitement that the employees bring. For some reason each time I visit this one I feel a lacking there. But that doesn't take away from the great fast subs that they put out.

I always feel like I need to eat "freaky fast" when I eat at a Jimmy Johns. The employees are always hustling....I received the same service here as I do at most Jimmy Johns..."freaky fast and with a smile". They greeted me as I walked in and they thanked me and wished me well as I walked out...the place was super clean and the food was good...I always get the #14. I also saw some new "wall pictures/sayings" on the walls that I had not seen before - keeps you busy reading as you eat.
