So amazing. The quality, the taste to the price is all very reasonable. Between here and the millions of other places we have tried this is our favorite breakfast spot. Everything we have had is good and we dipped in for lunch one time as that was good as well. Every experience has been good

Today at breakfast had to be worse service we've ever had. We were seated quickly, our drink orders were taken soon after we were seated. Our meal came and was not complete. Server came back & asked if I ordered crapes...no, biscuits. She returned with 2 biscuits. My husband was still waiting for his biscuits & gravy. She returned with that. Server never came back to see how things were. Never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. I even had to go as far as asking another server if she would bring me butter & honey for my biscuits. We sat for 10 minutes after we finished eating. I saw a manager behind the counter, so I went up to him & asked him for our check. He brought it to us and asked how things were......what did he think, I had to ask for the check. We told about the service, his reply was"I will have to work with her. And you have a good rest of your day"!! Really disappointed because Bob Evans is my favorite place for breakfast. But the last few times we've gone there, service was bad. Today was terrible!! Won't be going back there anytime soon. Will be looking for a new place for our Saturday morning meal. Doesn't deserve one star

We generally enjoy our experiences with Bob Evans. This time wasn't fantastic. The toast with my eggs didn't come till 5 minutes after I got my food (which wasn't hot). Hard to eat eggs without toast. My wife's BLT had no mayonnaise on it and the bread was burnt. Just disappointed this trip...

Very displeased poor service from the servers all the way up to managers! They're not even deserving of the one star!

OK, it's Bob Evans. It is not meant to be fancy, exclusive, or different. It is the same restaurant layout, the same menu, the same uniforms, and the same Chinese-made pieces of junk lined up for sale by the register. I get all that when I go in. And getting all that, I'm okay with this place. I have frequently been in this Bob Evans with my elderly mother. We have always had quick, friendly service. The coffee cups are refilled quickly. Dishes are cleared away appropriately. The checks have always been correct. The food is decent. If you want to make a small substitution, it's easy. We like the breakfast items mainly. The breakfast variations with eggs are good. The western omelet is good. The chicken pot pie is very good. In fact, they sometimes sell out of the chicken pot pie, it's so popular. The one thing the menu does not have is vegetarian options. There's a whole list of hamburgers - would it destroy the Bob Evans brand to offer a veggie burger? How about steamed vegetables? How hard would that be? There is plenty of parking. It's Indiana. There are even a few spots located close to the entrance for persons who are picking up carry-out meals. Finding this Bob Evans location could be very difficult. It is located, along with several hotels and chain restaurants, along a winding road that is very confusing to follow. I've been taking my mother here for years, and I still have to think, which stop light are we turning at? There are so many strip malls, shopping malls, and big box stores along this stretch of Route 30 that it's very easy to go wrong. Getting out of this Bob Evans is even tougher. You've got to follow the road around and then go left at the Post-Tribune building to get back towards the mall. Otherwise, you're going to follow that road until it peters out halfway to Crown Point. It's very easy to get turned around and lost. GPS comes in handy here. Bob Evans is a good, solid option for breakfast or lunch. We have never gone for dinner.

The food is production line and the service is designed to get the customer in and out as quickly as possible in order to serve some other poor soul.

One of my favorite chain restaurants for breakfast, I just love their crepes!!

Their biscuits & gravy is my absolute favorite breakfast dish here and no other restaurant around is able to compete with them...

Exceptional food. I live in Boston and a majority of my family lies in the NW Indiana area. This is the first place I go to when I get off the plane. The service is great, friendly and polite. I have never had a bad experience eating here. I just wish they would build one in my area.

There is more sunshine in an egg over medium than my waitress Tabatha. Giving a $3 tip on a $5 breakfast didn't yield a smile nor a thank you.

This restaurant is normally a favorite however, I went there to have breakfast yesterday and had a problem being seated. I had been standing there for a while waiting to be seated. The manager, Chris a male was ringing other customers at the register and said someone would be with me in a minute. I was, at that time, the only one in line and I waited patiently. After about 5 more minutes another couple came in to be seated. A female worker named Chris walked past were I was standing and seated the white couple behind me that had just walked into the restaurant. We all know what it is, nothing is hidden with certain staff at this restaurant.

It's a Bob Evans. Pretty decent breakfast food. I have found the Bob Evans chain to be reliable in providing a consistently acceptable breakfast and this location is up to par. Way better than Denny's and Perkins. Moderately better than Village Inn. Probably my favorite major chain for breakfast. They have a good selection of options and the food is of good quality for an affordable price. I like their eggs. I love their biscuits with the clover honey offered at every table. This particular location is a bit difficult to get to and it is even harder to get back to the highway, so that part is not very good at all.
