It seems that the more popular a business becomes in Martinsville, the service level seems to go downhill. I wish this wasn't the case for Starbucks, but unfortunately, it is. They used to be quick and efficient, but it just seems to be the opposite. It also seems that business owners/operators of popular establishments don't like to spend money on labor costs (who really does?), however, in a place as busy as this, you might need to take a small bite out of that cookie, because customers of Starbucks don't always like to wait for long. I mean, this is a pretty large location and it drives a lot of traffic from Bloomington and Indianapolis, so they need to be on their A-game. Now, that being said, I have always had a positive experience with their drinks being made. They always have made mine correctly and consistently. I love the tiramisu frappucino and their teas. I do like the new pastries and the fact that they have Teavanna tea, now.

Great location but every time I stop there regardless of day or time it is the slowest service of any Starbucks I have ever been to.

Stopped here before heading out to check out some flea markets for goodies with a friend. They were nice and helpful to me, my friend and her daughter... so I have no complaints. Got my drink reasonably quick considering there were cars in the drive-thru and about 3 people ahead of me in line. It was really large inside and had copious amounts of places to sit inside and linger, if you lived in the area. That part felt like Starbucks' in Washington. Drinks weren't anything standout for a Starbucks, but weren't bad. If I needed a caffeine refill before going to all the area antique/flea markets again I would be back!

Seriously. avoid. 10 minutes for 2 frappucinos and no "hello" or "thanks for being patient." Just a blunt "$8.10." followed by a "here you go.." I should add that we were the ONLY car in line!! If I wanted to be treated like crap I would go to McDonald's, but then again at least they say hello and thank you at the golden arches. In addition to forgeting to hand me the ice water I ordered, and I forgot about it because I waited too long the drinks were off. Pretty sure they were not following their recipes!! Martinsville... do you really wonder why Indy questions your existence??

I like Starbucks for the atmosphere but this place was a little lacking compared to the others I've been to. My husband and I ordered a hazelnut frappe, but they put in way too much hazelnut to where it was hard to drink! Eh.

Walked in a few weeks ago and asked for a coffee, and she just stood there looking at me, so I said , " a large coffee please. " then she asked what kind, I then said, " A large regular coffee. " and she went and got the manager who asked, " What can we Get for you ? " again I said, " I just want a large regular coffee , Please ! " she asked if it was a latte, or extra foam, with caramel or , I had to stop her and say, " can't a person get plain coffee here or what is this place for ? " And then she told me that if I cant order whats on the menu, then I'll have to leave! What the hell, all of the kids working there, stopped talking to each other and having a good time like they were at Chucky cheese or something like that and started gawking at me as if I just kicked one of them in the head, as she again told me to leave. As I was walking out, one of Martinsville's finest, walked out behind me and told me not to worry about it , he couldn't get one neither. So we went to Turkey Hill and got some real coffee ! Starbucks,,,should be called ,,,,Star-sucks !

Last reviewer wasn't impressed but I had good service and was in and out in 5 minutes. Just another Starbucks.

Cookies are good. Their handicap parking is a stupid set up. Their double doors are hard to open and none of the staff seem to like smiling.

Chai tea is great, but they don't offer the protein packs and have no real paleo options.
